Hospitals & Asylums
Recommendation for a Peace Corp Volunteer to
Run for USAID Administrator HA-26-9-05
Dear Peace Corp:
It has been several seasons since
your email addresses were stolen. This Fall Equinox Edition of Hospitals
& Asylums can be found at www.title24uscode.org/FEE2005.htm .
Without your company I have not
had the courage to write to USAID in regards to the amelioration of their
military coup or that of the World Bank. The nomination of high
level Peace Corp staff member to the lead post of administrator of USAID is a
new idea. The World Affairs Council (WAC) is too flexible in regards to
the division of the
We need someone with the moral
authority of the Peace Corp to lead the US Foreign Service until after the
last vestiges of last administration's military coup are removed from
offices of trust, Title 22 Foreign Relations and Intercourse (A-FRaI-D) is amended to read just, Title 22 Foreign Relations
(FR-EE) and the US Court of International Trade (COITUS) changes its name to
the US International Tribunal (USIT) and apologizes for the economic hardships
caused by the rise in divorce rate since their foundation in the early eighties
and bank fraud in Art. 66 of their Rules of Court since 2004.
Until (1) the Foreign Military
Financing Program is repealed and bankrupted and (2) until the Coast Guard
taxation of Haiti is amended to grant Haitians a $1 billion a year
social security trust fund retroactive to the overthrow of
Aristide in 2004 (3) the 2006 Foreign
Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act (HR 3057) cannot
be considered satisfactory by the Foreign Relations Committee or the
House as a Whole.
This recommendation for a High
Level Volunteer from the Peace Corp or former Assistant Administrator from the
Bureau of Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA) Roger Winter,
to run for the office of USAID Administator is
rendered in behalf of,
Speaker of the House Hastert
Majority Leader Bill First
President of the Senate
Pro Tempor Jo Biden

This Issue I have decided to
do away with the Microsoft Word version of the Quarterly in hopes of imparting
more information and sparing the environment, in the same amount of time. It is advised to read the Summaries and then
decide which Texts you wish to read this quarter. You are welcome to publish the document(s) on
the Internet, in whole or in part. I am
hoping for employment to fully analyze the UN Organizational Chart this Fall and/or write a Constitution for Hospitals & Asylums
Non Governmental Executive (CHANGE) and am accepting stories and donations for
a healthier, wealthier and wiser HA.

capacity of the legal limit which is arbitrarily set at 1 million but is in
fact closer to 750,000 for the nation of 290 million. States will need to add the number of county,
state and federal inmates to determine how many prisoners are from each county
and begin investing in community corrections programs for them to be released
to. Authorizing the renaming of the

Whereas
my career as a writer make it unnecessary for me to be physically present to be
of assistance to the Peace Corp it is best to consider that the relationship
between HA and the Peace Corp as beginning anew in the form of a Quarterly
Subscription with the option for shorter monthly emails if any individual or
group makes the request. Money is not
required to subscribe to the monthly but it would make it easier for you to
sell the marvelous remedies for the world's ill's that HA offers if you paid
the Rappateur yourself, as I have no money to speak
of.
I am
interested in what travel and consulting opportunities the Peace Corp offers
the writer and hope that you will take the time to consider what the author has
to offer by perusing the summaries and select a text to read this Quarter at www.title24uscode.org/FEE2005.htm
Good
Luck with appointing a USAID Administrator from the Peace Corp who would not
need to ask the military to feed the hungry or suffer the writer to work in the
field. Perhaps I could serve in the
capacity as a publisher of your research and interesting studies that the Peace
Corp and others have submitted, if everyone is not merely satisfied with
reading the writing of the Rappateur.
Sincerely,
Tony
