In the US, the similarly, but more psychedelic, cyber-torturing Speaker from the prison state of Louisiana, is, disaster insurance overvaluation and enforcing discretionary spending limit embezzlement and extortion aside, trying to get the long-awaited congressional pay raise, without increasing the federal minimum wage to $10 (2022) plus 3 percent annual growth thereafter, just like the 3 percent inflation due all the irrelevant sub-agency budgets that don’t add-up to a total Congress wastes their year on, and becomes so overworked, frustrated and wrong, they threaten to shut down the government.  Being engrossed in producing a bibliography of historical HA statute, it is high time 3 percent inflation for services overrules the depressing inequality perpetuating An Act Providing permanent appropriations be subject to annual consideration and appropriation by Congress, and for other purposes of June 26, 1934, ch. 756, §9, 48 Stat. 1229.

FBI stole Defense stockpiles, nuked California, and might really escalate the unconventional weapon abuse, if Trump does not stop the espionage bait and switch, solved by appointing the Florida Governor Secretary of Defense, and resolving to abolish the FBI, beginning with repealing 28CFR§0.87 under the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the UN (1946), the trillions of dollars of damage to international trade caused by his prior administration getting high on tariff calculus, undestroyed drug seizures, ongoing customs revenue overvaluation, border wall quintupling of Mexican drug war casualties and “wash dry nose” international trade volume contraction, warrant criminal prosecution of his threatened trade war/border wall crime by the International Criminal Court, who if UNCTAD fails to talk any sense into his borderline xenophobia, is advised to summon Trump to the ICC regarding the damages to the world economy and public health caused by his trade war crime, a “communicable disease” for which he, like Putin, the instigator, and not the fairly retaliating nations are guilty.

2024 Election Results HA-12-11-24

 

270 Votes to Win reports 226 electoral college, 71,895,376 votes (48.1%) for Harris and 312 electoral college, 75,155,901 votes (50.3%) votes for Trump, up from preliminary election night results.  There will be 47 Democrats and 52 Republicans in the Senate, 214 Democrats and 221 Republicans in the House and 23 Democrats and 27 Republican Governors.  Trump won an electoral backslide victory for a third term of elder scam, hopefully to redress the overvaluations, thefts, errors, and compensate for the tortures of the prior two administrations.  In the 2020 election, 159,633,396 people were reported to have voted, 66.7 percent voter turnout, the highest in any year since before 1900.  Consequently, it is suspected the 2020 ballot was stuffed with the identities of non-voters from the 2020 Census.  In the 2024 elections 147,051,277 voted out of 244 million eligible, a VEP of 65.6 percent, not enough to sustain any allegations regarding elder scamming ballot stuffers voting Republican this time, or delusions of 66 percent voter participation quorum for democracy.  In the split ticket stage of Democratic Republican two party system development, to make law the Congress and President must be from opposite parties, whereby the Republican tyranny defeats US.

To supplement the United States Code with a federal budget, General Fund balance and debt retirement statute, calculated to reduce the margin of error and codified for annual review in Chapter 66 of the Title 2 of the United States Code 2USC§7000 et seq. pursuant to 2USC§632 and 31USC§1106.  To repeal enforcement of discretionary funding limits 2USC§901.  To estimate on-budget revenues at $3,661 billion, outlays $4,329 billion and deficit -$668 billion, -2.9% of GDP, in fiscal year 2025, the first deficit less than 3 percent of GDP since 2019.  To estimate off-budget revenues at $1,409 billion, expenditures $1,551, and deficit -$142 billion, -0.6% of GDP for the calendar year 2025, with 2033 OASI depletion date.  To estimate total revenues at $5,070 billion, expenditures $5,880 billion, and -$810 billion deficit, -3.5% of GDP, due to the increasing OASI off-budget deficit.  To recognize the $1.1 trillion balance remaining from COVID relief to purchase federal debt sales in excess of 3 percent of GDP, federal student loan deficits 31USC§1502. To amend the statutory debt limit from $14,295 billion to '$14,410 billion FY 2025 plus not more than 1 percent more every year thereafter, without Congressional review' at 31USC§3101. To increase the federal minimum wage from $7.25 an hour in 2009 to '$10.00 in 2022 and three percent inflation for low-income workers thereafter' at 29USC§206(a)(1)(D). To repeal the Adjustment to Contribution Base Sec. 230 of the Social Security Act 42USC§430 and create an SSI Trust Fund to end child poverty by 2025, state underinsurance and all poverty by 2030.  Be it enacted in the House and Senate assembled

The public must add up total discretionary and mandatory spending of Treasury Department Budget-in-brief.  Treasury FY 22 request of $731.2 billion has gone up due to (1) Child Tax Credit FY 25 request, vote for $110 billion FY 25 pursuant to Congressional Budget Office estimate; (2) ACA Refundable Premium FY 23-25 hyperinflation, transfer to HHS/CMS whereas working age death rate has increased since 2011; (3) IRS Mandatory FY 22-25 is absorbed with undistributed offsetting receipt treatment of $79,969 million credit on Enhancement of Internal Revenue in Sec. 10301 of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) PL 117-130 August 16, 2022 to provide consistent annual accounting pursuant to Audit Standard No. 6 Evaluating Consistency of Financial Statement by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (2008) and Rule 66 of the International Public Sector Standards Board Handbook of International Public Sector Accounting Pronouncements 2022 Edition Vol. I;  (4) There may be further changes to federal budget totals due to resolution of revenue overestimates and Interest on Public Debt payments incidental to the solution of the Debt retirement equation: $28.4 trillion FY 21 gross federal debt + $2.7 trillion 3% of GDP FY 22-25 –$4..9 trillion FY94 gross public debt - $11.7 trillion interest payments FY95-25 = $14.4 trillion outstanding 30 year spread of public debt.

It is held, Simultaneous Entitlement to Benefits Sec. 202(k) of the Social Security Act 42USC§402(k) must be amended to repeal ', subject to the provisions of paragraph (2) hereof,' from (k)(1) for dead beat baby boomers to stop poisoning the concept of 'entitlement' in their dime store autobiographies, and repeal the rest of subsection (k).
