The United Nations Assembly,

Receiving the United Nations Statistics Atlas Framework Equations for 196 Countries, 193 or 194 Members in 2024 at www.title24uscode.org/atlas.html

 

Noting the correction of the economy overestimates 2019-2024 demands extensive supporting documentation and -2.2 percent annual decline in births 2020-21 alarms the order to 'wash dry nose', doctor signature not required to issue birth certificate;

Prescribing doxycycline to treat opportunistic methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infected congestive heart failure, that gets worse with exercise, incidental to calculus of the arteries, alternatively a saline bath and Hawthorn pill to absorb sterilized lesions, enforce the 50 crunch, push-up and three mile run minimum price for three meals, or lose weight with two, for all sedentary workers, especially those who crunch numbers more than the sustainable four hours a day limit.

 

Believing numbers and mathematics to be the universal language, whose accurate, annual statistics uphold the Atlas;

Compute the following four equations for the UN World Data Forum in Medellin, Columbia infringing from 12-15 November 2024, the day before tentative completion of the eight or nine year COVID curve, in preparation for an easy 2025;

UN Economic Data Base Year 2018, US Base Year 2017 (1+ IMF economic growth rate) = Next Year Economy ad infinitum

Half economy: Current Account Balance = International Trade balance + Government surplus or deficit

GDP Purchasing Power Parity = GDP PPP Big Mac or basket price comparison or Prior Year GDP PPP (Economic Growth – Inflation)

 

Article 1 Data Entry

Check every number twice before moving on.  Calculate if in doubt.  Check until left and above totals are exactly equal.

Article 2 Data Processing

1. Microsoft Word, Table, Formula addition =SUM(ABOVE),=SUM(LEFT), and multiplication =PRODUCT(ABOVE), =PRODUCT(LEFT) work.

2. =MOD(x,y) variations do not divide.

3. Delete (formula) generated sums and products. They do copy and compute properly.  Manually re-enter the number exactly and delete the (formula).

4. Computer Assembly process is due (a) division symbol on every keyboard, and at the top of every special character and advanced symbol file, (b) universal factory and refurbished Microsoft Office installation discount equal to current Microsoft Office sales plus 2% inflation, to be passed on to the compulsorily educated consumer, (c) functional Microsoft Word Table (formula) division and (d) Department of Economic and Social Affairs UN Economy Division xml.

 

Article 3 Unfinished Business

1. The blanks in the United Nations Statistics Atlas Framework Equations for 196 Countries, 193 or 194 Members in 2024 should be filled, to present the future President.

3. The Missions to the United Nations are charged with helping the President (age 77) publish traditional national budget data pertaining to revenues, expenditures, surplus or deficit, to calculate the current account balance, for the first time, before progressing to modern balance reporting pursuant to the International Public Sector Standards Board Handbook of International Public Sector Accounting 2022 Edition Vol. I.

 

4. Official Development Assistance annual country data is needed to cross-examine growth overestimates probably due to muti-year obligations.

 

Article 4 GDP Overestimate Immunization Obligations

a. Interjurisdictional immunity to calculate assessments in 2024 provides only temporary relief from the obligation to uphold, with supporting data, the 1993 System of National Accounts (SNA) GDP equation described in table 2.4 -

1. Gross domestic product (GDP) at market prices = Output + taxes, less subsidies on products – intermediate consumption, or,

2. Gross domestic product (GDP) at market prices = Final consumption expenditure/ actual final consumption + changes in inventories + gross fixed capital formation + acquisitions less disposals of valuables + exports of goods and services - imports of goods and services.

b. Gross national income (GNI) is a more accurate method of estimating national wealth.  GNI includes the income of all people and corporate profits.

Or, the Assembly may vote to officially overrule the vague and burdensome 1993 SNA math, with 2018 base year UN GDP level Data, 2017 for USA, recalculated using IMF economic growth rates, Art. 47 CHANGE (2024).

Article 5 National Government Budget Reporting

One for the Assembly.  Missions are sought to produce a country statistics file 2017-2025 in html, to minimally report national government revenues, expenditures, surplus or deficit, in US dollars, for the first time, optionally, voluntarily agree with, dispute or report for the first time, every country statistic linked to this UN Atlas, and propose new data equations, ie. average US dollar exchange rates and official development assistance, to be added up and published annually, by the President (Philemon Yang, elected June 6, began term September 10, 2024, age 77.

Article 6 UN Data Website Password Change

 

UN Data has not been entered properly since 2018, and may have already tampered with the historical record in furtherance of their elder scams.  To prevent the corruption of more data, the President of the Assembly must be immediately given the UN Data password to change and redelegate to trustworthy mathematicians. 

 

Article 7 UN Statistics Trustees

 

1. The Department of Economic and Social Affairs, United Nations Population Division, annually produces population statistics.

 

2. The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, annually produces international trade and inflation data.

 

3. System of National Accounts (SNA) cannot rely upon the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to annually produce economic growth rates and neglect to calculate the GDP.  The IMF is not a UN agency and cannot be allowed on the UN Statistics Board, unless they, prove, they can calculate and publish economy data Tables, despite being located in DC with the World Bank.  SNA lawmakers have likewise not demonstrated the ability to enslave credible economy data since 2018 or ever, and must be abolished for UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) to create a 'UN Economy Division', that actually produces credible economy statistics, in xml, htm, html, doc and pdf.

 

Article 8 Fraud Convictions

 

1. UN Data has not been processed properly since around 2018.  The UN World Data Forum from 12-15 November failed to produce this outcome document in a timely fashion, because they hacked the bottom quarter of the GNI file, to force labor for our fearless leader, on the minor topic of US GDP from 2017, rather than 2018 like the rest, not worth mentioning.  Work equates with producing or updating entire Tables and Spreadsheets.  Editing is as ubiquitous as human error. 

 

2. World Bank overestimated GDP in 2021 in furtherance of delusional Washington DC, refuses to correct and/or provide supporting documentations and Tables.

 

3. The division of labor between IMF economic growth rates and World Bank GDP estimates, is mathematically lazy, in a field that requires multiple standard checks to eliminate errors, and has become corrupt.

 

4. The 1993 System of National Accounts has not produced credible data since 2018.

 

5. The fraudulent statistics used to introduce the Demographic Yearbook must be permanently deleted.

 

6. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is over the mandatory retirement age of 71 ½ and should not be given UN data entry passwords or allowed to host conferences to interfere with bona fide work, such as this UN World Data Forum right before the HA Atlas is done, because of the whims of his aging heart against calculus of the arteries, ie. Trump immigration incitement diversion from customs revenue tariff overestimate conviction, similar to Down syndrome.

 

Article 9 United Nations statistical data entry and processing payments for bona fide data Tables and Spreadsheets only.

 

Defund AI, Graphs and Charts.  AI is a poor substitute for doc, pdf, htm, html and xml documents to account for data with Microsoft Word Tables and Excel Spreadsheets. 

 

Article 10 Political Economy Division

 

The Assembly President must both (1) employ a statician, perhaps a cartographer with four assistants, to help the Assembly Mission country files publish the most accurate statistical Atlas of UN data, humanly possible, in Microsoft Word and/or Excel, and (2) fund the Department of Economic and Social Affairs to match the UN Population Division xml history, World Population Prospects 2022, with a new UN Economy Division xml.

PS Done 16 November 2024, due to three hours of work repairing the hacking of the bottom quarter of the GNI per capita Table, that helped the Assembly collect Assessments earlier in the year, leaving only three minutes yesterday, 15 November, to do the final three hour’s work, making me feel like I didn’t complete the UN Data exam in time, when in fact the UN World Data Forum was held a week too early to do any good, and is now facing abolition by the by UN Statistics Trustees.  Hacking is a crime, even if it is limited by a moral conscience, to induce or intimidate, labor , ie whip the slave, to punish or hasten work correcting errors, the frauds may or may not want corrected, far beyond the limits of property and employment rights, that has been construed by human rights to constitute torture, for which in kind compensation is due.  Please staff the UN Statistics Atlas Framework Equations (UNSAFE) and Economy Division, so the Atlas does not rest solely on my shoulders.
