To pass a concurrent resolution on the budget of the United States Government, excluding the operations of the Social Security Administration - the General Fund – estimated at a total of $3.4 trillion in revenues, $3.9 trillion in outlays, a deficit of -$568 billion, an acceptable 2.3 percent of the true GDP of only $24.8 trillion in 2024, and balance of $1,240 billion to $1,690 billion, with $535 billion available to pay for tax refunds, cost-overruns, student loans and undistributed offsetting receipts FY 24 and into perpetuity 2USC§632. To pass a vote of no confidence in the 2020 elections, whereby both Trump, for finance, and Biden, for suspected use, would be disqualified to hold federal office, exclusively for treason in regards to the US nuclear stockpile exceeding Obama's 1,700 active, 2,200 warhead limit established by 2012 Nuclear Non-Proliferation (NPT) Review Conference 22USC§6303, to be succeeded by President Kamala Harris, in command of Obama's 2,200 nuclear warhead limit, and new Secretary of State to amend Court of International Trade of the United States (COITUS) to Customs Court (CC) and Title 22 of the United States Code Foreign Relations and Intercourse (a-FRaI-d) to Foreign Relations (FR-ee). To recount the 2020 and 2022 elections, 2020 payroll tax, income taxes since 2021, customs revenues methodology, births, net-migration, US Gross Domestic Product, Gross World Product, 2,200 nuclear warhead limit etc. To reduce the interest rate on Treasury par yield curve and Federal Reserve overnight lending securities to their own two percent target rate for inflation 12USC§248(r)(2)(A)(iii), §343(3) and §357. To limit inflation in home and rent to three percent and mortgage rate interest to less than five percent. To increase the federal minimum wage, by inserting 'a base wage calculation of $10.00 an hour in 2022 with 3 percent annual raise for low-income workers - $10.30 2023, $10.60 2024 etc.' in a new subsection at 29USC§206(a)(1)(D). To permanently place the repeal of the Adjustment to Contribution Base in Sec. 230 of the Social Security Act 42USC§430 on the agenda, whereby Congress would vote to close the tax loophole for the rich, and under-insured state employees and civilian defense contractors, and tax everyone the full 12.4 percent SSA tax, thereby increasing SSA payroll tax revenues 27-30 percent, in order to create a Supplemental Security Income Trust Fund to end child poverty by 2024, state underinsurance and all poverty by 2030 and reduce the on-budget deficit by the $70 billion cost of the SSI program FY 24.

According to the Federation of American Scientists, the United States Department of Defense has a nuclear stockpile of 3,708 warheads in 2023, 1,670 actively deployed, down from 3,750 in 2019 and peak stockpile of 31,255 warheads in 1967, a year before the US became party to the NPT in 1968. The megaton of slash piled to dry for two years under an old growth conifer forest on a hill in Valles Caldera National Preserve is a fire hazard, with about the same 21 kiloton TNT equivalency of “Little Boy” dropped on Hiroshima, that might destroy a square mile of grassland and forest, if the piles lit the canopy, before contained by wildfire fighters. Interior is obligated to solicit firewood in fall 2023 before they, either chip, pulp or, burn the wood piles in the snow this winter, when the bonfires won't dry out the creek(s) or rage out of control. Ashes should be buried, to swiftly revegetate. The National Preserve is obligated to adopt a free camping policy to bridge the Continental Divide Trail and Los Alamos, where hardware stores should sell isobutane fuel, and to prohibit future slash piles and controlled burns 36CFR§261.5.
