I am happy to report I received a check for $16,033.21 from the Oregon Treasury Unclaimed Property Program for Bancorp property dating from 2021 pursuant to the Unclaimed Deposits Amendments Act of 1993 (UDAA), Public Law 103-44, June 28, 1993 12USC§1822.

Following their merger with BlueTriton Brands, who bought Nestle Waters North America in 2021, in late 2024, PRIMO is the largest seller of bottled water in the USA and commands roughly 19% of the U.S. bottled water market. Arrowhead, Blue Triton and PRIMO are incommunicado online. Divine guidance regarding the appellation of origin of purified, reverse osmosis filtered, drinking water is wanted pursuant to Common Regulations under the Lisbon Agreement and the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement (2023).

Red Rock and Silver Springs Water Companies et al v. Alka 65 Restore and Hydrate Electrolytes Bottled in Las Vegas HA-1-5-26

Appellation of origin of Alka 65 Restore and Hydrate Electrolyte 1.5 L bottles is needed to redress contamination with E. coli Shigella neurotoxin after Las Vegas tap-water was “purified” with grocery store caliber reverse osmosis. The alkalinity tastes good and temporarily masks the flavor. However, the Shigella neurotoxin passes through the filter to intoxicate senility, with a minimum of insomnia, and constipation, to confuse the otherwise inalienable human right to a solid stool. Because a reverse osmosis filter cannot sufficiently purify the intoxicating Las Vegas tap-water Alka 65, and Court bailiff drink, the bottler of Alka 65, and warden must be held responsible to either test nearby Silver Springs Water and Red Rock Springs Water, or invest in expensive “vapor distilled” technology to add electrolytes to taste, for public consumption of potable drinking, coffee and cooking water pursuant to a Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 land grant under 28USC§1354. It is held, sellers of reverse osmosis filtered “purified” water must advertise their prudent selection of a natural source under 42USC§300g(3).
