I am hiking through a huge desert to cure COVID-19 and mold allergies with a dab of $1 hydrocortisone crème to the nose and/or chest, or to prevent Cushing’s disease from excessive corticosteroid use, essential oil of lavender, pursuant to the Tubercular Hospital at Fort Bayard, New Mexico under 24USC§19. They closed down in the 1950s due to the 95% effectiveness of isoniazid (INH) therapy. Coronavirus seems to be the only cold that can be instantly cured with the right medicine and thorough gold-digging. The Director of the National Institute on Allergies and Infectious Diseases has finally managed to touch his nose, after several months of coughing and other misleading symptoms including an asymptomatic incubation period. The contagious stuffy nose is the primary instantaneous symptom of COVID-19 exposure that can congest the airways and cause death by filling the lungs with fluid. The pandemic is devastating to places where large numbers of people go. Masks are advised to reduce exposure. If everyone applied hydrocortisone crème to their nose at the same instant worldwide the pandemic would hypothetically be cured. However, it would take a while for everyone to get the news and use it, by which time they might already develop puffy cheeks and fragile bones from Cushing’s disease, due to constant re-exposure. Essential oil of lavender is therefore the preferred method of treating the coronavirus. Society must experiment with providing the public with essential oil of lavender. Essential oil of peppermint and eucalyptus are also known to cure mold allergies and should equally cure coronavirus. Eucalyptus groves seem auspicious for congregating, with a little help from the essential oils of crushed leaves rubbed on the nose. Until American travelers went to New-Zealand they had no COVID-19 cases. Lavender soaps, detergents and sanitizers are recommended for grooming and cleaning. Thanks for the rides. Grants for a trail along the Carson River are needed to prevent cruelty and reduce agricultural and industrial property taxes from Dayton to Fort Churchill, Nevada. The American Discovery Trail should change the route from Simpson Rd. to follow the Carson River to Carson Reservoir and then to Fallon. The desert is very hot and lifeless and there is little or no shade for what seems like hundreds of miles to the Continental Divide, except where there are rivers.

For only $2 billion FY 21 both discretionary and mandatory programs can agree to sustain 2.5% government and 3% services growth annually. To defend against the theological $6 billion Treasury $700 billion deficiency after 42 months FY 21, to the mandatory account of Claims, Judgments and Relief Acts is added the price of the $1.5 trillion COVID-19 special issue bond FY 21. A 10%-11.7% devaluation of the US dollar promises to magically spare the national economy the $2.2 trillion cost of both the $1.5 trillion bailout and regular $500 billion - $1 trillion federal deficit pursuant to pursuant to the Marshall Lerner Condition under 19USC§4421, 22USC§5301 and 2020 Revised estimates: effect of changes in rates of exchange and inflation Report of the Secretary-General A/74/585 of 11 December 2019. The reward for an 11.7% $2.5 trillion devaluation in the beginning of FY 21, not performed every year, would be no FY 20 debt whatsoever, and a larger domestic and international US dollar economy. The Secretary-General must not fail to demand $7 billion to $8.7 billion just compensation for (Revelation 13:10) plus $1.2 billion arrears from the US, to collectively study and authorize US overseas deployments pursuant to Chapter VII in his peacekeeping assessment due June 30, 2020.
