The “Disturbed Belt” ranges from northwestern Montana, to western Alberta
and Eastern British Columbia. It’s part
of the “Overthrust Belt” that formed the Rocky Mountains, from northern Canada
to central Mexico, between 150 to 75 million years ago. Prior to this overthrust, tectonic slippage
of a few miles to hundreds of miles, in the center of the continent, the land
was covered by deep layers of sedimentary limestone and sandstone, deposited by
transient inland oceans in the north, possibly an extension of the Hudson Bay,
and large sandy deserts in the south.
There is also a considerable amount of valuable igneous rocks and
minerals and super-volcano in Yellowstone caldera. However, the vast majority of the geologic
formations in the Rocky mountains are sedimentary
rocks lifted up by tectonic forces in such events as the Laurentia Orogony, in Colorado, and Laramide Orogony
in Montana, between 150 and 50 million years ago. Whatever the cause, the “Disturbed Belt” is a
pretty accurate description of the land management in this area, where the
Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains.
The “Disturbed Belt”, is not part of the wasteful “Corn Belt”, but due to
government error in Montana, an equally large percentage of land is wasted with
their excessive fence-lines surrounding every village, for the twenty or thirty
miles that separate the plains-dweller from the mountains. Forest fires are common, especially within a
mile of the Forest Service guard cabins, where wild fire-fighters get paid to
camp out, in luxury, or when Canadian politicians threaten firefighting
budgets. The wilderness in Glacier is
disturbed by a dual permit system by both Blackfeet and National Park
Service. (Interior Department) ID checks
by law enforcement have been noted to ignite the wildfires in nearby National
Forests, 100 percent of the time, where fire danger is higher than
bioterrorism, nearly every time they can associate a name with a location,
whether or not the ID check is malicious, in violation of Art. 28 of the 4th
Geneva Convention. There are certainly a
lot of fires throughout the Disturbed Belt, polluting the skies on the East
Coast, this year. I walked through some
huge burns and by an active fire, that was too small to induce trail closure ,when I asked a female fire-fighter .
The Montana fenceline has come to symbolize the
extremely cruel and thieving mail system in Montana, that is even worse than
its usual national state of decadence since the USPS was bankrupted by the now
defunct Postal Service Employee Retirement Health Fund circa 2008 and
adulterating online pharmaceuticals since 2014.
The locals describe about 50 percent failure to deliver, often with
cruel and unusual mis-directions, ruining timely delivery and unordered
apologies, from their copious two container trucks, that drive around Butte,
Montana. Shuttle services are extremely
expensive. For instance
I wasted $65 to go twenty miles, to discover my package had not arrived today,
and now I can’t afford another ride, let alone the $250 trip to the nearest
Walmart, where I can get remittances. I
took the opportunity to lose my debit card on July 4th and am on my
third “operationally delayed incorrect address”. The first FedEx delivery from Indiana was
first sent to Tennessee, before it came within one hour of where I was in
Montana, with 24 hours to spare, whereupon, they decided to return it to
sender, even after I called. FarOut App has stories of Fed Ex drivers throwing their
packages in the woods and quitting. More
on this later. I was hoping to get to
Waterton, Canada for my 49th birthday on August 11, but between the
mail delay and difficult to procure permits, it looks like the final
hundred-mile cake walk, between camp stores, is operationally delayed.

wage, once and for all, by adding a new subsection at 29USC§206(a)(1)(D) that
provides 'a base wage calculation of $10.00 an hour in 2022 with 3 percent
annual raise for low-income workers - $10.30 2023, $10.60 2024 etc.' To get the Federal Reserve and Treasury Balance out of
bankruptcy, the Treasury will pay the Fed $25.4 billion to end their 4.75
percent usury, to secure a $535 billion tax day loan to ease the cost of the $1,070 billion
FY 23 bill for uncollected back income tax overestimates, having already paid
$200 billion for the 2020 payroll tax overestimate, and received a $36 billion
payroll tax rescission in 2021, to protect the Treasury against a +/- $49
billion balance FY 23, to be accounted by OMB as Public Debt Held by Federal
Reserve pursuant to 31USC§5153 and 31CFR§203.2 and require the Board of
Governors to set the discount rate at 2 percent under 12USC§248(r)(2)(A)(iii), §343(3)
and §357. To vote to repeal the tax loophole or
authorize the child tax credit 26USC§24 and permanently place the repeal of the
adjustment to contribution base in Sec. 230 of the Social Security Act
42USC§430 on the agenda to increase social security payroll tax revenues by
27-30 percent, create a Supplemental Security Income Trust Fund to end child
poverty by 2024 and all poverty by 2030 and reduce the on-budget deficit by the
$70 billion FY 2024 cost of the SSI program and any child tax credit expansion.
Be it enacted in the House and Senate assembled. This rough draft is published on the summer
solstice, to equally inform the public at the usual time, accept the three free
zeros offered by Lander, and protect the work against the elements, before the
exact estimates of revenues and outlays for FY 22-FY24 erupt from Old Faithful,
for the codification of Congress.
