The President’s Budget for Fiscal Years 2017 – 2027 is hereby designated “Property of the United Nations” until the Human Rights Council has counted up all the Iranian casualties and US has paid compensation and repealed Iran, Cuba and any other national population from Foreign Asset Control Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulation pursuant to the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations (1946). 

 

The US Attorney is sought to pursue peace with Iran pursuant to United States v. Russell Vought, Director of the Office of the Management and Budget (OMB) 18USC§2441 and Art. 8 of the Rome Statute (1999).  Vice-President JD Vance is charged with perjury regarding the Iranian civilian nuclear energy program.  Lee Zeldin, EPA administrator and veteran, is also due prosecution for the biological experimentation that qualified the birth of Trump’s first war crime, joining Israel to attack and be attacked by Iran, wilfully killing Ayatolla Ruhollah Khomeini and at least an elementary school of students under 18USC§2441 and Art. 8(a)(ii) of the Rome Statute (1999).   Dismissal of guilt related to the email conscription of the 9-11 profiteers, the Commissioner of the Social Security and Secretary of Commerce, may be tried by any United States District Court asking for their vote on “Peace with Iran”. 

 

It is getting hot and it is time for the white American to hike to cooler climbs in the north of the country.  I intend to reduce work to once a week until fall and must select my work weeks carefully, when I am more acclimatized to the heat.  I have six days of work to do on the July 16 supplemental appropriation update and must turn my attention to UN Assembly President Annalena Baerbock’s Atlas. 

 

Previous generations of Census workers could produce both US and UN Atlas in one annual Statistical Abstract of the United States, but working alone, must (A) learn to codify answers to US and UN population questions using single year data tables, that delay experts two or three years and (B) historically commission Census Microsoft Office to download the intercensal data entered in.doc mirror and adopt the pursuit of historical integrity of census reporting through publication of the US Atlas in the Federal Register.

Property of the United Nations.  To assure orderly development of the Code of Federal Regulations along practical lines, the Director of the Federal Register may agree to annually add-up the President's Budget as codified for annual agency update in Title 2 Federal Financial Assistance Subtitle C – President's Budget (Parts 400 – 428).  The President's Budget is four months work, due on the first Monday in January, but not later than the first Monday in February pursuant to 31USC§1105. Lee Zeldin, EPA Administrator, Tom Homan, Border Czar and Russell Vought, OMB Director to be removed from office to stop their pathological lies from inciting the otherwise peaceful President to violence. Foreign Asset Control theft is terrorism targeting Cuba, Iran and any other nation with widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, must be repealed, if the Federal Register is to print Money.

A healthy American population pyramid (year) is sought to both anticipate the proportion of births (not) reported in the first year and do a really thorough job of counting births with $1,000 Trump Accounts 26USC§6434, $1,000 Child Tax Credit (ors of the United States 18USC§914) 26USC§24(a) and $1,000 fine against a state vital statistics office and/or Social Security Administration (SSA) to pay victim compensation for refusing to issue a birth certificate or social security number 24USC§154.  In progress.

 

Totipotent Freshwater Sargassum Theory: United States v. Lee Zeldin, Environmental Protection Agency HA-28-2-26

 

I paid the Chiracaru Apache to clean up the toxic slime from the rotting, never before seen or heard of “freshwater sargassum”, invading the Fort Bayard birth site drinking fountain, while I hike north to cooler climbs in the summer. The Forest Service (do not email) is sought to study the unknown species nick-named “freshwater sargassum” and decide whether to keep the possibly edible algae clean or get rid of the invasive species.  Decomposition of Sargassum is associated with low (hypoxic) or no oxygen (anoxic) conditions.  The rotting mats must be cleaned out to ensure the birth site, has potable water to filter and bathe in.  If the algae is edible it might be kept clean.  Zeldin, is accused of intentionally seeding the birth site water with the totipotent brown algae pieces. He is also accused of infecting the slime mold coated cracked drinking water pipe to filter at the Santa Clara senior center with Helicobacter pylori and possibly tetanus, changing the suspicious neurological symptom of acute gastroenteritis from eye twitching sicca to painless temporomandibular joint (TMJ) clicking. Zeldin leaked sewage into the Potomac near Washington DC, where dumbed down people can no longer scull, to make war with Iran, Trump’s first war crime.  Four obstetricians are sought to approve the birth site for use.
