Permanent Relocation Appeal of Train Derailment Chemical Spill in East Palestine HA-18-2-23

An eastbound Norfolk Southern train bound for Conway, Pennsylvania, derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, population 5,000, on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 8:55PM. About 50 cars derailed, due to a broken axle; of those, 20 contained hazardous materials and four contained vinyl chloride. Crews ignited it on February 6, 2023 to get rid of the highly flammable, toxic chemicals in a controlled environment, creating a dark plume of smoke. The evacuation order for East Palestine residents was lifted on February 8, 2023 after authorities claimed real-time air and water monitoring did not find any contaminant levels above screening limits. Residents are presenting with the warned headaches, as well as sore throats, nose and eye irritation, rashes and other health problems. It is believed that the large plume of black smoke caused by intentionally igniting the vinyl chloride released far more dioxin and phosgene than if the fire had been allowed to burn off or been simultaneously sealed and chemically extinguished according to procedure. The decision to terminate the evacuation seems to have been premature and it seems medically necessary for the Secretary of the Department of Transportation, “lead agency”, to pay for the permanent relocation of residents from the Superfund cleanup site at East Palestine pursuant to the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act 42USC§4601 and its implementing regulations 49CFR§241

Biden-Blinken East Anatolian Fault Nuclear Trial in Türkiye HA-16-2-23

There is no denying that it is a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions to detonate nuclear weapons on tectonic faults pursuant to the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or any other Hostile Environmental Techniques (ENMOD)(1977) and Art. 147 of the Fourth Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilians in Times of War (1949). Having admitted complete Presidential responsibility for detonating all nuclear devices in the United States arsenal, the so far uncontested allegations of nuking tectonic faults in Haiti (January 2010 and August 2021), Turkey (February 2022), California Dec. 21 2021 and 2022), Japan (March 2011), Virginia (August 2011) et al, warrant the disqualification of both the nuclear weapon using Biden, and “bipartisan” nuclear weapon buildup spending Trump, Presidents, and Iraq megamurderer Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, from federal office, in sooth the 2024 elections and CENTCOM headquarters in Florida, pursuant to the prohibition on assisting nuclear proliferation through financing under 22USC§6303. The magnitude 7.8 and 7.5 earthquakes that struck the Hatay province in southern Türkiye and western Syria on February 6, 2023, caused widespread destruction in both countries, shortly after the Under Secretary for the Treasury of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence Brian Nelson paid a visit regarding trade with Russia on 2/3/2023. The death toll from the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Türkiye and Syria is higher than 40,000. So far, Turkish authorities say 35,418 people have been killed in the country, while more than 5,800 people are dead in Syria, according to the UN and the Syrian government. More than 8,000 people have been pulled out alive from rubble in Turkey. The UN estimates up to 5.3 million people in Syria may be homeless after the earthquakes. Nearly 900,000 people are in urgent need of hot food in Turkey and Syria. US Incirlik Air Base was not damaged. Was their nuclear arsenal?

Recycling Oceanic Heating and Cooling Pumps Thermally Polluting the Weather HA-12-2-23

Climate change damages are at an all-time high. The oceans have never been so thermally polluted. Following a directive by the EPA, new HVAC systems will no longer use R410a refrigerants as of January 1, 2023 pursuant to Montreal Protocol. It is suspected obsolete coolant R410a is being “recycled” in the Pacific Ocean by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) who promised to pay the admirable and refined California Governor Newsom for 30,000 lb. + industrial quantities recovered from the deeps, finder keeper, with some profits for Pakistan flood relief. Now there is a new cooling in the Indian Ocean, La Niňa along the equator has been somewhat abated, however instead of recycling the chemical by converting it to a legal refrigerant or other marketable industrial chemical, or exporting it to nations that have not prohibited R410a, the artificial cooling along the Canadian West Coast, has extended to all of California. To restore natural rains and climate, to remove the temptation for Japan, Canada and the United States to combat climate change with a hostile arms race rather than prohibition of thermal oceanic pollution of the weather. To achieve a natural northern hemisphere climate, it is necessary to immediately and for entire future winters to prohibit the quasi-legitimate melting of the Arctic ice to create a Northwest Passage for shipping, in the winter when air transport is necessary to protect the polar ice cap. Polar industries, for which air transportation is inadequate, need to be shut down in the winter season, to protect the natural weather system, the climate pseudo-scientists are so disingenuous about, and should be pre-authorized for unemployment compensation - force majeure. All oceanic heating and cooling pumps are prohibited and subject to seizure, finder keeper. How does the EPA propose to make California and Pakistan money recycling R410a pursuant to pursuant to Art. 195 of the Law of the Sea, International Code for Ships Operating in Polar Waters (Polar Code), International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL), Convention on the Prohibition of Hostile Military and Other Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD), Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), Whaling in the Antarctic (Australia v. Japan: New Zealand intervening) International Court of Justice Judgment of 31 March 2014.
