Fall 2026
Vol. 26 No. 3
By Anthony J. Sanders
Having suffered the explosive diarrhea
symptom after drinking four cups of coffee in Wellston, Michigan, it is not
enough to accuse a Mexican lettuce grower with Cryptosporidium spp. contamination,
the upwardly mobile ulcerative colitis fibromyalgia has moved to my medulla oblangata and is just beginning to abate, more than a week and
hundred wilderness trail miles later. I eat
gluten free, pass the PFT and shit solid with rice cooked in filtered divine
water or Smart Water. As a doctor of
epidemiology, Abdul El Sayyed for US Senate is charged $2.25 a liter of Smart
Water at the Dollar General, to condemn municipal water systems in Michigan and
the District of Columbia, purified and distilled water that is acidic without the
electrolytes that are wasted filtering non-potable purified water since before
the 2025 proliferation. It seems better
that the gallon distilled water bottling companies are charged with terminating
their purified water and putting their ulcer cleansing electrolyte formula in
the acidic distilled water. The exact
calculation of how much and what kind of electrolytes, that are not clearly
marketed for the gallon of distilled water, was mistakenly estimated to the
size of the liter and must be multiplied by three and rounded to produce an
accurate gallon estimate underestimated from the cup in Sec. 20,000(a) of An Act
Supplementing appropriations for Fiscal Year 2017-2027 HA-17-6-26. The California Coastal Commission website contact
page suffered the same hyper-delinking of the initial submission to Congress
that was accompanied with Windows 8 like degradation of Microsoft Office files resulting
in three days of work to get back to square one. I wrote directly to California Governor Newsom
to pilot a submersible robot to extinguish with 15 parts per million
4-tertiary-butyl-catechol (TBC), the Venezuelan rude (self-combusting
styrene?) in the Pacific along the Baja Peninsula and Ecuador and get it to a
refinery, in cooperation with the International Maritime Organization (IMO), finder
keeper, loser mine sweeper of the eastern Mediterranean and west of Greenland,
the eastern Pacific hotspot is probably Iranian rude, to obligate Permanent
Sovereignty over Natural Resources (1962).
The following amendments should
be sufficient to create a just and lasting peace between the United States and its
President – (1) Change the name of the Court
of International Trade of the United States (COITUS) to Customs Court (CC); (2)
amend Title 22 of the United States Code Foreign Relations and Intercourse
(a-FRaI-d) to Foreign Relations (FR-ee); (3) repeal Iran Sanctions 22USC§8501-8551;
(4) repeal Venezuela, Iran, Cuba etc. restraint of trade from Foreign Asset
Control 31CFR500 et seq., (5) repeal FBI Visitor Exchange Program 28CFR0.87 deadly
email forward of the severely mentally ill US Ambassador pursuant to the Convention
on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations (1946).
It is a great relief for the United Nations (UN) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Public Trustee applicant has discovered the United States Trustee Program. United Nations (UN Trust Fund) can replace the State Department transfer to Customs in the President’s Budget. United States v. Scott Bessent $10 million bail, charges a $600 million ante on United States v. Trump excessive compensation endgame, that goes up by the $100 million fine for tariffs and sanctions easily determined to constitute restraint of trade. Venezuela, Iran, Cuba etc. must be extensively edited from 31CFR500 et seq. and Iran repealed from 22USC§8501-8551 for the war crime trial record. Canada is also due $100 million and relief from tariffs pursuant to Learning Resources, Inc. v. Trump (Feb. 20, 2026), that broke my wisdom tooth root reading, possibly due to C. tetani, and my TMJ makes a painless clicking noise. Sec. 1 of An Act To change the name of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to United States Customs (USC), Court of International Trade of the United States (COITUS) to Customs Court (CC), and amend Title 22 of the United States Code Foreign Relations and Intercourse (a-FRaI-d) to Foreign Relations (FR-ee) at the top of the President’s Budget HA-2-2-26 provides (a) There is a balance available for the United Nations to collect a total of $71,011 million arrears FY 26 to pay for regular dues to international organizations and USAID cancellation 2025 and FY 26 pursuant to the Anti-deficiency Act 31USC§1502(b) and Art. 19 of the UN Charter. International military finance historical zero federal spending for foreign weapons sales adjusted, State Department Foreign Operations and Related Programs actual low total budget request of $24,488 million FY 25 incurs current year cost of $95,499 million FY 26 to pay for arrears, before subsiding to the $62,574 million FY 27 baseline for 3 percent inflation. Not having paid the humanitarian cost of UN Agency arrears and USAID cancellation goes up to an estimated $92 billion FY 27. (b) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) needs a waiver of sovereign immunity for $5,638 million supplemental appropriations, 135 percent more than $4,160 million received, to sustain three percent inflation to $9,799 million FY 26 11USC§106, 31USC§1106. $17.1 billion Meta Trustee may be billed $100 million UNESCO dues plus $500 million arrears and an additional $5.6 billion FY 26 to fully fund the EPA to condemn municipal, purified and distilled water, to the held in Trust by Environment Division against United States v. Lee Zeldin 42USC§300i.
United States v. Doug and Kathryn Burgum HA-31-8-26
Doug Burgum is charged with fraud
and related activities in connection with computers 18USC§1030. The sentence, for using the Interior
Department headquarters as his online scam center, is up to twenty years, due
to the prior, is commuted to probation to swiftly pay restitution 18USC§3563(6). The US Trustee program shall help account for
the consistent annual reporting of the Office of Natural Resource Revenues
(ONRR) and forfeiture of Burgum’s billion(s) 43USC§1735; a private
trustee may pay the Windows 8 software engineers a level IV executive salary
with only $5 million assets pursuant to 28USC§586(e).
United
States v. Scott Bessent HA-24-8-26
Scott
Bessent is warranted to be arrested and brought to Court to stand trial for six
counts of restraint of trade, for which the sentence is up to ten years in
prison, for Donald Trump to bail out for $600 million fine and a new Treasury
Secretary who is not an intellectually disabled sexual offender. Tariffs must not increase pursuant to Learning Resources, Inc. v.
Trump 607 US (2026). Iran Sanctions,
Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 22USC§8501-8551 and Venezuela, Iran, Cuba
etc. Foreign Asset Control 31CFR§500 et seq. restraint of trade and false
statement to make war must be repealed pursuant to Certain Iranian Assets (Islamic
Republic of Iran v. United States of America) Judgment of 30 March 2023.
Census World Factbook
Acquisition HA-24-8-26
An
Act For the Commerce Secretary to acquire the Census
(CIA) World Factbook offline editor, pursuant to 13USC§6 and 32CFR§1911.4, publish and update it under
13USC§11. A unanimous vote from the
United Nations Assembly is sought to protect the CIA World Factbook land and
water area statistics, for perfection by reservation, and also World Population
Prospects population statistics and the resulting population density outcome
for 2023 pursuant to the Convention on the Law of Treaties.
What USA Has
No-Vote in the Assembly Means to the 2026 Midterm Elections HA-17-8-26
President-elect
Khalilur Rahman is reassured the US has no vote in the UN Assembly. The reconciliation agreement is for the President to
appoint four new FEC Commissioners before the election. In vacancy of FEC
quorum of four out of six Commissioners, the US District Court and UN are
instantly authorized to decide whether FEC has reason to believe in a complaint. In this case FEC is ordered to authorize all UN
staff, and immigrants, to vote Democrat in the 2026 midterm elections if they
qualify for common law naturalization after seven years residing in the United
States pursuant to 8USC§1229b and Holder
v. Gutierrez; Holder v. Sawyers, 566 U.S. 583 (2012). The United States must repeal 22USC§8501-8551 and Venezuela, Iran and Cuba etc. from 31CFR500 et seq
due to restraint of trade 15USC§1. To disgorge to the General Fund 100 percent of >$50
million America PAC (2025-2026), Friends of Sherrod Brown and Dignity of Work
PAC contributions, and any other Intel Contributions listed as $5,000 in the
database. The Court is tired of the
infringement of the rich on American politics and must prohibit unlimited Super
PACs, overturn Citizen’s United v. FEC (2010) and the General Fund must
profit from deciding which PACs and corporations should be prohibited from
making political contributions to the 2026 Midterms.
Bluehost v. Central Utah Completion Project HA-4-8-26
I am asking Bluehost to refund me a total of
$618.18 for both $465.08 early termination of $727.82 three-year word press and
hosting contract beginning 7/28/25 and $153.10 for Malware Scan and Clean dated
7/27/26 to hold Bluehost billing warranty of title and against infringement;
buyer’s obligation against infringement §2-312 Uniform Commercial Code
harmless. For speedy settlement in
August 2026, I willing to accept the exact maximum sum of $500 recovery of
civil damages authorized under 18USC§2520.
In re: Certain Iranian Assets (Islamic Republic of Iran v. United
States of America); $80 billion Unlawful Sanction Theft Bond effective Oct. 1,
2026 HA-15-7-26
Iran is obligated to pay about $1 billion compensation to Arabian
nations. The United States of America (USA)
is immediately obligated by the Court's jurisdiction under Art. 36 of the
Statute of the Court to (1) stop attacking Iran, (2) pay $25 billion UN
Compensation to Iran from the General Fund for the unjust war against Iran, (3)
post $80 billion Unlawful Sanction Theft Bond for the repeal of unjust
sanctions “in restraint of trade” and insurance of all property stolen from
Venezuela, Iran and Cuba etc. that is not returned by Oct. 1, 2026.
General Fund
Reparation HA-30-6-26
At least seventeen
nations are
believed to be due a total of $275 billion compensation for casualty and
property damage caused by the conventional, nuclear and unconventional arsenal
of the President of
the United States (POTUS), finding for Iran, Palestine, Ukraine and Venezuela
with the $56,487 million remainder from prior estimates. These
irregular one-time costs, that never should have occurred, must not occur
again, and will not add to the deficit. In fact, by subtracting $25 billion FY 26 to
compensate Iran and another $250 billion to extinguish all claims for UN
Compensation from the United States FY 27, from the $850 billion FY 27 General
Fund balance, the United States would be able to declare an otherwise sequestered and frozen, General Fund balance of
$600 billion at year end FY 27, less $100 billion Israel UNRWA performance bond, for a balance of $500
billion at year end FY 2027. Beneficiaries: (1) Afghanistan $485 million; (2) China $441
million; (3) Haiti $103,322 million; (4) Iraq $82,000 million; (5) Iran $25,000
million; (6) Japan $315 million; (7) Libya $237 million; (8) Morocco $2,543
million; (9) Myanmar $11,000; (10) Pakistan $128 million; (11) Palestine
$10,000 million; (12) Philippines $500 million; (13) Syria $3,245 million; (14)
Taiwan $6 million; (15) Turkey $14,291 million; (16) Ukraine $10,000 million;
(17) Venezuela $11,487 million. The price of Japan has gone down to $1
billion and a President of the International Court of Justice as the 10 km deep
Venezuela quake snuke crater collapse and debris
clearance triggered the 66 km fault beneath Columbia and Peru. More work is
prioritized to close the book between war and hostile environmental
modification with a thorough review of global nuclear disarmament and even the
fishy $275 billion war and snuke compensation total
is subject to major revision due to additional $100 billion Israel owes Palestine
and Lebanon and $80 billion unlawful sanction theft bond for Venezuela, Iran,
Cuba etc to be repealed from 22USC§8501-8551 and 31CFR500 et seq.
An Act Supplementing

31USC§1106. To pay for the President’s Budget,

27. On-budget deficit: -$577 billion FY 25; -$642 billion FY 26; -$537 billion
FY 27. On-budget surplus (+) or deficit (-) percent of GDP: -2.5 percent FY 25;
-2.6 percent FY 26; -2.2 percent FY 27.
Third draft Statement of the
UN HA-16-6-26
The preliminary
assessment of one percent of taxable income due to the United Nations in 2027
comes to $727 billion, $592 billion individual income tax and $135 billion UN
corporate income tax to invest in UN agencies and non-governmental
organizations (NGOs). A one dollar a day benefit could cost as little as $30
a month, $360 a year. The best strategy seems
to be to saturate the 847 million extremely poor people with $1 a day online
trust fund accounts, that receive public and private remittances like Trump and
ABLE account soft-ware, earn interest, and be easily converted into cash with a
debit card, that could receive public and private remittances, at a cost of
$305 billion, leaving $227 billion out of the $532 billion, 90 percent of
revenue budget, to pay another 631 million $360 a year, benefits, prioritizing
the refugees, aged and disabled.
