An
Act Sustaining the Child Tax Credit of 2025
To provide $110 billion for a $1,000 per Child
Tax Credit for the fiscal year ending October 1, 2025, as agreed upon by the
Congressional Budget Office, and same amount every $1,000 child tax credit
thereafter.
To strike all the double negatives, including
any fake fraud convictions of a dead-beat prosecutor, after 26USC§24(c)(1);
To legislate new positive law subsections;
(c)(2) Child social security
number required; to be issued in case where (Arizona) state vital statistic
rejection of right to a birth certificate for stateless US national (born at
home with medical licensed midwife and documented by US passport) occurred,
pursuant to recounts of births from 2009 high and historical most popular baby
name under Art. 7 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.'
(c)(3) Poorest families with
children first, including migrants who are taxpayers or refugees, pursuant to
the elimination of child poverty in the United States under Art. 10(c) of the

World population is projected

Circuit is inclusively sought, to check the paper copies of the United States
Code in their law libraries, regarding the prejudice with which the Social
Security Administration (SSA) wishes the Senate to repeal all of Simultaneous
Entitlement to Benefits Sec. 202(k) of the Social Security Act 42USC§402(k) in
addition to the passage of the Social Security Fairness Act of 2023 HR 82 that
passed the House on November 12, 2024, and is set to be voted on this week S. 597, proposing
to only repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension
Office (GPO) in Sec. 202(k)(5) of the Social Security Act 42USC402(k)(5). It is
held, Simultaneous Entitlement to Benefits
Sec. 202(k) of the Social Security Act 42USC§402(k) must be amended to repeal ', subject to the provisions of
paragraph (2) hereof,' from (k)(1) for dead beat baby boomers to stop poisoning
the concept of 'entitlement' in their dime store autobiographies, and repeal
the rest of subsection (k).
Bataan Death March, 1941-1945 HA-27-12-24
The Bataan Memorial, at the center of Bataan Park, across the
street from Historic Fort Bayard, at the edge of the Gila National Wilderness,

and 515th Coast Artillery Companies.
Of the 22,000 Americans (soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines)
captured by Japanese on Bataan, only about 15,000 returned home.
Within hours of their December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, the Japanese
began their assault on American outposts in the Philippines. Troops in Bataan
resisted the Japanese until April 9, 1942 when 22,000 Americans and 54,000
Filipinos surrendered. The Bataan Death March is a legend of the evils of war
and substandard prisons, without adequate food and water, or International Red
Cross or Crescent flags, fundamental to the Third Geneva Convention Relating to
the Treatment of Prisoners of War (1949).
