United Nations Educational Scientific and
Cultural Organization (UNESCO) protection under Art. 11 paragraphs 2 and 4 of
the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World
Cultural and Natural Heritage (1972) is sought for the $125 million New

and §20, (3) Tubercular Hospital at Fort Bayard, New Mexico, 20 percent
24USC§19 and (4) Joint Black Hills Veterans Administration (VA) and Indian
Health Service (IHS) medical center and drug abuse treatment for tribal members
to settle United
States v. Sioux Nation of Indians, 448 U.S. 371 (1980); free camping at
Battle Mountain Sanitarium Reserve and Black Hills National Forest, pursuant to
the leave no trace principles, perfection of bona fide claims; private exchange

All process of this Court issues in the name of the
President of the United States under Rule 45(1) of the US Supreme Court. When a
public officer who is party to a proceeding to this Court in an official
capacity...ceases to hold office, the action does not abate and any successor
in office is automatically substituted as a party under Rule 35(3) pursuant to the
First Amendment right to sue the government for a redress of grievances. The
facts of the case are that 66.8 percent voter turnout in the 2020 Presidential
elections is unprecedented since before 1900. Ballot stuffing favoring the
Biden-Harris ticket is certain to have occurred. Neither Trump, nor the US
Supreme Court, who frivolously authorized allegedly falsely elected state
courts around the nation to sue Trump, made the unprecedented 66.8 percent
voter turnout the basis of their wild speculation on the topic of voter
fraud. It is held, the 2024 ballot should be
fingerprinted, and facilitate a vote to see which of the two clearly
disqualified Presidential candidates, Trump or Biden, should have won the 2020
elections, on the same ballot the 2024 President and other candidates are
lawfully elected.
Neutral Citation of Netanyahu’s Curse HA-22-12-23
To reconcile the humanitarian laws of war pertaining to the
Simchat Torah attack on 7 October 2023, 22 Tishrei
5784, and the response of the Almighty, Benjamin Netanyahu, it seems prudent to
decipher the popular agreements regarding the 'curse of utter destruction'
prophesied near the end of the Torah, the first five books of the Hebrew
scriptures, (the Pentateuch) (Deuteronomy - Devarim
29: 26), read in weekly Parsah throughout the year,
ending on Simchat Torah, when the torah scroll is paraded around and everyone
gets particularly drunk on liquor in the synagogue, and in the 24 books of the
Tanakh, the complete Hebrew Bible, that does not contain exactly the same books
or arrangement as the Old Testament to the Christian Bible. Although the Torah
is consistent with the Pentateuch, the Tanakh is confusing to cite and ends
with the right of return to Jerusalem of Cyrus the king of Persia (Divrey Yamim - 2 Corinthians
36:23) while the curse obsessed in (Malakhi-Malachi
3:24) is at the absolute end of the Old Testament (Malachi 4:6). And it will be when Netanyahu hears the
words of this oath, that he will bless himself in his heart, saying, “I will
have peace, even if I follow my (artificial) heart's desires” in order to add
the punishment for his unintentional sins (manslaughter) to his intentional
sins (murder) (Devarim 29:18). The Lord will not be
willing to forgive him. The entire curse...rests upon Netanyahu (Devarim 29:19). For the commandments which I command you
(to say ceasefire) this day, is not concealed from you, nor is it far away (Devarim 30:11). Behold, I have set before you today life
and good, and death and evil (Devarim 30:15).
Destruction is not His (the Lord's). It is his children's defect you crooked
and twisted generation (Devarim 32:5). And of
Benjamin he said, “The Lord's beloved (pacemaker) one shall dwell securely
beside Him; He protects him all day long and He dwells between his shoulders” (Devarim 33:12). Netanyahu may resign under Art. 23, or be removed by
the Knesset, under Art. 24 of the Basic Law of Israel – Government (1968). Prisoners of war shall be released and
repatriated without delay after the cessation of active hostilities under Art.
118 of Third Geneva Convention Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War
(1949).
