I finished the Continental Divide Trail (CDT) in four months, thanks to the high snowpack forcing me to walk the highways. If I had not lost my debit card and been delayed by the mail, I would have made it to Canada in time for my 49th birthday, on August 11th. On my birthday I saw 5 Perseid meteors cowboy camping on St. Mary Lake, after a Native couple spared me and my partner in 100 mile wilderness, the 29 mile National Park permitted march, we had nearly protested, despite witnessing a "triple digit fine" being issued to someone for "poaching" a campsite on the side of the trail by park volunteers, and we got to jump off a cliff into St. Mary Falls, in the heat of the afternoon. I am now yoyoing the Colorado Trail sobo to winter in New Mexico. From the beginning of the CDT at Crazy Cook, to end of the honey roasted peanuts in Glacier Waterton International Peace Park, I completely extracted a wisdom tooth, without the use of surgery. I witnessed the corpse of a fat man belly-up under a shroud in Waterton Townsite beach, the first and only entire day I was in Canada. In the US Rockies, the air conditioning is great, but the oxygen shortage disturbs my sleep above 11,000 feet. The 70 percent tobacco tax with no Gambler pipe tobacco, in Summit County, Colorado, is a no sale. The free rural bus service, paid for with county tax revenues, is great, but the tobacco tax is excessive and merchants licensed to sell tobacco by the state, need to sell $20 bags of Gambler, $7 at the Dollar Store, to defeat a hyperinflationary type of gentrification, while fighting the good fight to repeal the excessive tax. Afternoon, the MRSA infection of my congestive heart failure becomes painful, due to over-exertion. It gets better with rest overnight, but flares up again the next afternoon.

Without a reputation for timely postal service to deliver doxycycline to either Montana or Colorado, I have had to experiment with natural remedies – garlic, hawthorn and propolis. The garlic was too spicy to consume three times a day, but is believed to be the best remedy, especially in easy to swallow pill form, to combat arthritis, most effectively as Reuma-Art. Propolis seems to be the most effective, or at least, it was easy to consume three teaspoons of double propolis honey, three times a day, and now one pill twice a day, but I have only walked two half days, before the end of delicious $16 jar of double propolis honey. Hawthorn pills are taken three times a day, but something else is needed to sterilize the MRSA, such a saline bath or perhaps propolis. Only extremely copious quantities of sweat penetrate to the heart. Sweat of the brow is more useful for topical MRSA lesions and COVID infected noses. It remains to be seen if propolis is competitive with doxycycline, the once-a-day antibiotic, at curing internal MRSA infections, in five days. I ran out of doxycycline after three days of treatment and only enjoyed one-or-two days pain-free, before my rice, in an experimentally large peanut butter jar, spoiled on a hot day. Despite more than a month intolerance to slimy burritos, that had been improperly stored, pre-rolled in a bag; rice, lentil, summer sausage, garlic, carrot and cheese burritos with habanero sauce remain my favorite trail food, to be stored in a small peanut butter jar, to make two or three burritos for breakfast and lunch, so some trail mix is necessary before cooking it all over again for dinner. Propolis is a resinous substance gathered by the bees from certain select trees and used for its antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties, to line the hive, to keep the hive sterile and bee colony healthy. Propolis is indicated in the literature to be effective treatment of, often nosocomial, outbreaks of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida spp. in humans and White Nose Syndrome (WNS) in hibernating bats, as dispensed in supportive care water pool with steps, in their caves, so rudely awakened bats, that fall in the heavily medicated water, can climb out.

Postal Casualty HA-5-8-23

Congress should be alarmed by the high rate of casualty of identified goods in Montana, and elsewhere, especially since the late deliveries of Christmas 2022 around the nation this 2023 pursuant to Sec. 2-613 of the Uniform Commercial Code exacerbated within the constitutional court jurisdiction of Held v. Montana (2023). The Postal Service Reform Act of 2022 P.L. 117-108 must be repealed before doomsday in 2025, vote to repeal it today. The House Financial Service Committee is thought to be particularly interested, by the Serve agreed service of the Montana Department of Banking, in protecting United States Postal Service (USPS) against bankruptcy by the Postal Service Employee Retiree Health Fund again, to prevent the spread of embezzlement related theft and receipt of mail matters 18USC§1708, tampering of consumer products 18USC§1365 and all around delay of mail deliveries, keenly observed by financial services customers worried about the behavior of racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations 18USC§1961, without themselves “going postal”, since Janet Yellen first neglected to redress embezzlement of a person engaged in the issuance of Treasury Securities 31USC§321(a)(5). In determining all policies for postal service, the Postal Service shall give the highest consideration to the requirement for the most expeditious collection, transportation, and delivery of important letter mail under 39USC§101(e). After a decade of downsizing and the current policy of intentional delay to cut costs are not the way to operate a successful postal service and postal prices have recently been subjected to record increases. USPS has operated on a deficit since being corrupted by the Postal Service Employee Retiree Health circa 2008. Congress is obligated to vote to return the defunct +/- $35 billion Postal Service Employee Retiree Health Fund, to pay for USPS deficits, not Medicare Part C impersonation, in order to restore the USPS to profitability by optimally expanding operations to expedite timely delivery and return customers, while reducing and eliminating debt service costs. After her debt calculus crisis, Congress is advised to punish morbidly obese Yellen with up to 210 days as Acting Secretary to be replaced or achieve an acceptable weight to cope with the calculus of the arteries, it will take to correct the tax overestimates she has signed since the 2020 Combined Statement under the Vacancy Act. At age 76, 5' 3” in height, and no prior-service, Treasury Yellen's maximum allowable weight is 144 pounds, and maximum allowable body fat 36 percent pursuant to the Army Weight for Height Chart.

Federal Accounting Reform HA-27-8-23

To limit the on-budget Treasury of the United States Government, excluding the operations of the Social Security Administration, to a total of exactly $3.4 trillion in revenues, $3.9 trillion in outlays, and a deficit of -$568 billion, an acceptable 2.3 percent of the true GDP of only $24.8 trillion, FY 2024.
