I finished the Appalachian Trail (AT) in less than five months. It was fantastic. The best wilderness trail in the world. The shelters and culture were hospitable and fairly accessible from the trail, with a minimum of road walking. The eastern rainforest isn’t constantly on fire like the Pacific Crest Trail. The AT is long, steep and rocky. Slow going. Pleasant. Popular. I had two toxic encounters. One, near DC at the resort with eat a gallon of ice cream challenge, I didn’t do, near where pathological war liar Liz Cheney is “not a domestic terrorist”, she and her dad’s artificial heart just file next to chest in the bibliography, the unwashable cardiotoxin cost me $250 for cheap new gear. Two, an old man who ostensibly drank beaver piss without filtering gave me acid reflux from Helicobacter pylori (quickly treated with metronidazole), gout from Streptobacillus agalactiae (slowly treated with metronidazole) and one monkeypox (scratched off relieving chest pain), in a brief confused conversation in Maine, shortly after being carded by a police officer in New Hampshire. I still can’t handle my coffee and have excessive nocturia, that makes me take a siesta. The beaver population is huge in New England. There appears to be some near my home in Ohio too. Besides certain insect infestations, I believe beavers are the most destructive creature, next to man. They flood huge swaths of ground with their dams and yellow the water with their pee and poop, contrary to Forest Service propaganda that they improve water quality, I like them nonetheless. Although I heard thousands of them, I didn’t see a single beaver. My next expedition is the Buckeye Trail in the fall, Florida Trail in the winter and Continental Divide Trail next year.
Finishing the AT was the only thing I got done this month. When I got home, I switched to a new web host. The incredible amount of fraud that needs to be disseminated from the recent bills and obtuse problems such as inflation, climate change, suicide attack on the local FBI office on my 48th birthday on August 11 and wire fraud have given me writers block. Home sweet home. I can’t wait to get back on the trail when it cools down in the fall. After trying to create a blog page, to have something cool to show for the month, for the second time, my site began to publish in Chinese, before it crashed and I had to re-publish every single file. The only thing I have for you this month is a fancy new email address, that is supposed to encourage responses by improving confidence in and increasing traffic to my website. Federal Litter - Hot Air and Cold Water
A. The climate crisis must be solved. Record heat and flooding must be redressed. Scientific misinformation regarding germaphobia (COVID) and pyromania (global warming) must be trashed. Federal legislation is wanted to clean up litter, in general, and specifically in regards to the thermal pollution that causes climate change, nuclear waste disposal, asbestos abatement, prioritizing the proper disposal of industrial waste before beginning operations, and when health standards condemn certain methods of development for good reason and prohibiting state and private actors who engage in hostile environmental modification that affect the health and welfare of the public. Cleaning up litter is just about the only human intervention into the wilderness that actually improves land value, ecosystem, biodiversity, health and beauty. Hiking trails and primitive camping are usually acceptable with biological surveys to protect threatened and endangered species. Taking the time to clean up litter is appreciated, prevents more littering and creates a culture of cleanliness sustained by all. Condemning litter is not a power granted exclusively to the states by the haphazard repeal of Prohibition. Litter is a national and international concern.
B. Thermal pollution has become a serious concern to the health of the planet, that has only gotten worse with the possibly well-intentioned, alarmist 2° C increase in hot air by 2050 due to carbon dioxide, from the feebleminded Framework Convention on Climate Change, misleading everyone as to the truly hot causes of global warming, and incurring retaliation and infiltration by patently unlawful actors with impunity. It is absolutely critical that the United States and United Nations stand firm against, identify and redress the malicious causes of climate change, global warming and flooding.
1. Prescribed burns must be prohibited world and nationwide and the billions of slash piles littering the National Forests in the West Coast with man-made fire ladders must be destroyed, by removal for use as firewood and woodpulp. chipping, scattering and campfires in the rainy winter season. With global warming and drought being such a huge problem there is absolutely no justification for intentionally starting large fires. Aquifers and creeks permanently dry up and logs become dryer and more flammable, when exposed to the intense heat of wildfires and controlled prescribed burns. Most of the reasoning and support for prescribed burns in the scientific literature turns out to be false. “Fires are a natural part of the life cycle of forests” is not the proper blessing by naturalists after a forest fire, whereas intense summer sunlight is more effective than fire at germinating pine nuts. The greatest indicator of forest fire risk is a history of fire suppression. It is a federal crime to cut and injure trees. Dead wood is much more flammable than green wood. Piling dead wood dramatically increases the risk of catastrophic canopy fire, intentionally creating the fire ladders, alienated black bears are proud to crunch and winter campers to burn to keep warm. Prescribed burns are not a precise science, before the slash piles dry in two years, the workers get a second arson grant, or sometimes because the prescribed burn gets out of control, the forest and nearby cities are destroyed by forest fire. Arson is terrorism, first degree murder and war crime. Prescribed burns are a conventional arson conspiracy by the FBI surveillance of the human rights abuses of the National Park Police who ignite the litter obsessed National Forests. Descendants of loggers, looking for less dangerous work in the fo-rest, and off-duty wildfire fighters, are redirected from prescribed burns to replanting and trail maintenance. Ten times more acres are burned than logged. Commercial loggers should be employed to fight wildfires and permitted and organized to salvage log within one year of a forest fire with hopes that they sell their private timber lands to the public as wilderness.
2. Self-combusting hydrocarbon oceanic heating pumps must be extinguished with 15 parts per million of 4-tertiary-butyl-catechol (TBC), cabled out by warship or oil-tanker and shipped to a refinery for conversion to a stable hydrocarbon within three months before they reignite, finder keeper. Oceanic heating pumps composed of self-combusting styrene filled railcars submerged in waters are the secret, primary driver of global warming and drought in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Oceanic heating pumps can usually be located using the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Anomaly maps they periodically published online. The original persistent, experimental warming in the North Atlantic emanates from the UN Headquarters in New York City, and has caused drought in Maine for the past three years, rather than from Washington DC. It is important to establish jurisdiction for the removal of these heating pumps from the oceans. Relatively colder winter weather on the east coasts is used to produce outrageous overestimates of winter storm damage, without normal levels road salt and snow plow service, whereas there no legal justification for Methods of and Means for Weather Modification granted to Geophysical Engineering Co. NOAA does not respond to complaints of global warming to patrol their map and has the truth regarding hot water causing drought and cold water rain reversed. The only other agency that has competently responded to allegations of oceanic heating pumps is the Dutch Navy who in 2022 encountered retaliation in the form of wildfire in France and murder of their soldiers in the United States, after extinguishing a particularly strategic heating pump off the coast of France. The strategic heating pump to the west of New Orleans that is though to have caused the deadly tornadoes in December 2021 was also removed just before hurricane season in the same effort. The overheated Chinese Navy seems to have attempted to break up the heating pumps and drag them westward to the far east until the Dutch Navy partnered with them to extinguish the railcars.
3. Due to record flooding in Pakistan there is probably also an international effort to investigate the possibility of an artificially cooled La Niña. A.S. Trust & Holdings blend of pure hydrocarbon refrigerant, was designated R441A by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) in 2011. By 2012 meteorologists had coined the term atmospheric river (AR) to describe the formation of huge rivers of water a mile high. This refrigerant claims high levels of thermal safety and effectiveness, and therefore possibly minimum amount of maritime chemical pollution by the accidental release of industrial chemicals, by any and all oceanic cooling systems. Oceanic cooling systems have had some success cooling waters to protect coral reefs. They have had mixed results mitigating global warming caused by oceanic heating pumps that would be more effectively extinguished with TBC. In recent years the warming in the North Atlantic was a mixture of extreme heating and extreme cooling. In summer of 2022 the artificial cooling seems to have been separated and greatly expanded to cause extremely large areas of cooling across the central Atlantic and Pacific to intensify La Niña. Consequently, record levels of flooding have been exhibited in the annual monsoons in the Gulf States and in Pakistan, and there are new reports of potential flooding in North Africa. These oceanic cooling pumps unlawfully cooling international waters are to be prosecuted equally with oceanic heating pumps by the maritime jurisdiction, finder keeper.
C. Because of widespread international and federal negligence it seems necessary to enlist drought and flood affected Governors and Heads of State to coordinate oil tankers or warships with refineries to safely remove hostile artificial heating and cooling pumps from waters within the 200 mile Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) pursuant to the Law of Sea. It is believed that 2022 oil price driven inflation crisis was caused in a large part by the diversion of a great quantity of hydrocarbon fuel to warm a large swath of international water in the central north Pacific and to cool international waters in the central Atlantic and Pacific. This seems to be what happened with the nation's large oil reserves from recent exploitation of shale oil. For geo-political reasons, and irrational appeal of the fraud/god rhyme to the news media, the oil price inflation went unchecked until Liz Cheney's Biden is rubber Trump is glue, extra duplicitous diversion, resulted in her being punished with loss in the Republic primaries. Unless the United States participates as a responsible maritime power in the removal of these hostile environmental modification devices from international waters, it is unlikely that they will enjoy any of the increased royalties from the sale of these hydrocarbon fuels, they legislated into the Inflation Reduction Act with dubious concession to expand licensing of offshore drilling and oil exploitation in general. The Inflation Reduction Act has many fine tax credits for clean energy, and the CHIPS and Science Act many interesting energy related science programs. Both of these bills are most conspicuous for refining nuclear fuel without studying to learn of a method to dispose of nuclear waste, since plans for a Yucca Mountain facility were scrapped. Transporting nuclear waste seems dangerous. The United States needs to reassure the public that nuclear power plants and nuclear weapons facilities know how to safely dispose of all the nuclear waste they will produce. Prior meltdowns and possible disaster in the Ukraine clearly rule nuclear energy out as a form of clean energy, whereas radioactive waste is far more toxic to life, than carbon dioxide, a byproduct of animal life and fuel for plant life.
