Social Security Administration (SSA) wants to know if a deadbeat medical doctor retiree has the right to not pay her disabled adult child (DAC) under Sec. 202(d)(1) and 216(e) of the Social Security Act 42USC§404, §416 and Mathews v. DeCastro 429 US 181 (1976) in overpayment claim 24MD977K02345-C1. 

 

I am responding to the suspension of the rule regarding publication in a timely fashion, that was previously redressed as pseudo-ephedrine exposure after two, initially unpublished years 2020-2021. Due to my own intoxication, it is difficult to say how burdensome it is for the publisher to profit from the divine prophecy, but by liberating themselves from the rules regarding publication, the Court seems to have immunized Trump and retained The Hiking, to hold Biden in Trust.  Essentially, the US Post Office and Courthouse has lost their smartphone, and the Supreme Court has come begging at the feet of The Hiking v. Sanders, Tony J. Hospitals & Asylums, Public Trustee Applicant for not more than $5,000 UN Compensation, although all 9 justices and their clerks are believed to dyslexic from ephedrine exposure. 

 

The Court is advised to suspend the rules regarding the burdensome number of copies true parties are supposed to send the Court and maybe hire a court doctor or experienced poisoning victim to scan in the mail, including the current briefs the justices have been handling, wearing gloves.  Like the United States of America, the Roberts’ Court is to be tried for ROBBERY.  After exploring the interjurisdictional utility of the conviction, it is proposed that the Chief Justice be rotated, perhaps annually, like the similarly unpublished President of the UN Assembly, due to a presumption of weakness for ephedra intoxication and the new presence of a “Tweaker Speaker” from the Louisiana Department of Correction, where Nancy Pelosi, a more deadly poisoner from San Francisco, once leaked to the FBI. 

 

My application for Public Trustee charges Biden with $150 billion UN Compensation in Arrears in order to enforce Obama’s 2,200 nuclear warhead limit and strip the US of their dyslexic veto vote of Palestine membership and maybe collect, when I or the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions have finished the, as of yet un-started, UN system budget and the US and UN have sufficiently corrected their books to collect such princely sum and demonstrate they are willing and able to ratify the Charter amending Statement of the United Nations (SUN) to tax income one percent to pay a billion international poverty line benefits, that I have written, for them.  The Court is burdened with voting on Palestine membership and introducing the reasonable $5,000 (2024) per capita rates of UN Compensation, at 3 percent inflation since 1990, for forced relocation, severe injury and death, plus property damage, to settle grave breeches of the Geneva Convention, on a case-by-case basis, ie. Grants Pass v. Johnson et al (2024) $5,000 UN Compensation per homeless, administrative public defender and pseudo-ephedrine exposed Court, at Oregon’s expense.   

   

Both ephedra and eucalyptus cure coronavirus, ephedra (Mormon Tea) however shrinks the brain as bad as statins, but without infection, if pneumovax is not up to date, and is worse for writing due to the dyslexia. Dyslexia can be particularly damaging when it involves non-self-incrimination.  When the exposure to ephedrine stops, the brain typically heals in a week as the dyslexia fades into forgetful drowsiness and mild depression, if there are no severely aggravating stress factors.  The trail mix was so cheap at the Grand Canyon there is no evidence that it is ephedra that causes meth mouth. Although robbery might be more accurate, Roberta, my mother, an MD, murdered her mother, Carol, by triggering a similar overpayment decision with false testimony regarding her being “rich” during a claim to pay her black caregiver, that reduced her early retirement California teacher pension from $1,000 a month to $666 a month for six years, she did not, and her caregiver barely, survived, black widow and rattlesnake bites in quick succession.  One grandmother lost to Bernie Sanders, two to Hillary Clinton.  My unpublished brief on caregiving, asking for a golf disability, but not defending my client against fear of confidentiality due to the majority of unpublished doctors, with little respect for his eligibility for SSI under the Social Security Act, to rehabilitate the injured professional Canadian football player, who did not contribute to social security, was destroyed with the computer.  I sent them $100 a month until I saved too much to be eligible for food stamps.  Her neurologist conspirator later committed suicide like his mother and grandmother.  In the general, the General in the overpayment underpayment statute is creepy and there is some suspicion regarding theft from the Trust Fund by the unaccountable, malicious and unsummoned Inspector General, hired thieves and in these cases Roberta herself Sec. 204 Social Security Act 42USC§404. I am publishing my newsletter four days late to inform the Court that I am going to Palm Springs, the site of my grandmother’s lethal stroke and retaliatory call for a 9-11 shoot-out, noted by SSA, to write a brief fit for Acting Commissioner Kilolo Kijakazi, the only accurate agency accountant in the federal government, consistent with these findings.

For instance, having recalculated GNI by country using IMF economic growth rates from UN Data base year 2018 it can be estimated that total World GNI grew 3.3 percent to $94.8 trillion in 2022 this is significantly -$6.1 trillion, -6.4 percent, less than the $100.9 trillion GNI over-estimated by the World Bank for 2022. The US GDP is similarly overestimated by the US Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) to be $27.4 trillion in 2023, $4.7 trillion, 21 percent more than the $22.7 trillion calculated using IMF economic growth rates from base year 2018 UN Data for US GDP. All economic statistics checked, GDP, GDP PPP and GNI are similarly overestimated and must be recalculated from base year 2018 using IMF economic growth rates. Recalling Art. 22(h-i) of the UNESCO Recommendation Concerning the Status of Higher Education Teaching Personnel (1997) associates accounting fraud with violence. Recognizing the conditions that must be fulfilled to validate partial studies and learning under the Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education (2023). Overruling UN economic data overestimates with IMF economic growth rates from base year 2018, population under-estimates with World Population Prospects data through 2021 and 2022, and Budgetary and financial situation of the organizations of the United Nations system A/77/507 5 October 2022 (2016-2021) by adding up agency assessments and arrears under Rule 157 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly. Reparating victims of war at twice the 1990 rate after 24 years, with Arrears under Arts. 5 and 19 of the UN Charter.
