Chapter 7 National Cemeteries
§295 Same; character of inscriptions,
etc.
The character, design, and location of any such
inscriptions, tablets, busts, or other memorials when authorized as provided
for in sections 293 and 294 of this title shall be subject to the approval of
the commission created in section 291 of this title, which shall in each case
obtain the advice of the Commission of Fine Arts.
