Chapter 7 National Cemeteries
§281e Same; selection of lands; care and
maintenance; size
Upon the selection by the Secretary of the Army of any
lands, as provided in section 281d of this title, he is authorized and directed
to establish thereon a national cemetery and to provide for the care and
maintenance of such cemetery. No national cemetery established pursuant to
sections 281d-281f of this title shall have an area in excess of one hundred
and sixty acres.
