§281d Utilization of surplus military
real property for cemeteries at Fort Logan, Colo.
When the Secretary of the Army determines that there is need for an additional cemetery or cemeteries for the burial of members of the armed forces of the Unites States dying in the service or former members whose last discharge therefrom was honorable and certain other persons as provided for by law, he is authorized to utilize such of the federally owned lands under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Army at Fort Logan, Colorado, as are not needed for military purposes for the establishment thereon of a national cemetery.
