Columbia Institution or the Deaf
§250 Manner of paying for instruction of
blind from District
One-half of the indefinite appropriation to pay for the
instruction of the indigent blind children of the District of Columbia,
formerly instructed in the Columbia Institution for the Deaf, shall be paid out
of the revenues of the District of Columbia, and the other half out of the
Treasury of the United States.
