Columbia Institution or the Deaf
The superintendent of the Columbia Institution for the
Deaf shall, at the commencement of every December session of Congress, make a
full and complete statement of all the expenditures made by virtue of any
appropriations by Congress, including the amounts and the rates paid to the
superintendent, and for teachers.
