§32 Hospitalization of dependents of naval and Marine Corp personnel
The hospitalization of dependents of naval and marine corp personnel at any naval hospital shall be at such per-diem or other rate as may be prescribed from time to time by the President, and all sums received in payment of such hospital charges shall be deposited to the credit of the appropriation or fund for the maintenance and operation of naval hospitals.
