Autobiography of Anthony J. Sanders HA-30-4-06

Anthony Joseph Sanders was born on 11 August 1974, on the Island of Tholen in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Sharon M.

Sanders, was born exactly two years later, on the same day as her brother, 11 August 1976, in Visalia, California, USA.  After

Tony graduated from Colerain High School in Cincinnati, Ohio a year early in 1991 he studied International Affairs at the

University of Cincinnati and graduated with a BA in 2000.

This Quarter Tony is seeking an increase in social security benefits to exactly $1,000 a month within 20 days of Flag Day,

a response from Hon. Anthony J. Principi by August in regards to $1,000 a week, world peace and $2 million capital investment

by the military and social security administration to cooperate in regards to balancing the federal budget.  James B. Comey is

re-introduced as a candidate for Attorney General.  Tony welcomes as new Members

Congressman John Conyers (D-MI) drafted the Constitution in Crisis: The Downing Street Minutes and Deception, Manipulation,

Torture, Retributions and Cover-ups in the Iraq War. Where substantial evidence is found that the Bush Administration misled

Congress and the American people regarding the decision to go to war in Iraq; and permitted retaliation against critics.

Congresswoman Louise Slaughter (D-NY) who establishes a “Truman” Commission to audit all financial & military transactions

related to the war in Iraq for the establishment of due process for achieving the proportional gross aggregate military expenditure

optimal for the USA and to expose and eliminate any waste, mismanagement, or corruption.

Health and Welfare HA-18-6-06

The combined assets of the Social Security Trust Funds of the US Treasury exceeded $2 trillion for the first time in 2005 and are

projected to exceed $2.25 trillion this 2006.  We are deeply concerned that despite this comfortable savings account the status of

these trust funds has been rated poor in the annual reports.  Social Security spending needs to be limited to cost to balance the

federal budget however they require insurance against any shortfalls in their account balances.

Balanced Health and Welfare Budget Amendment Act of FY 2007 HA-14-6-06

The United States war time economy, after causing a global economic slowdown for several years after 9-11, has led the US to

a record $390- $420 billion budget deficit, $8.7 trillion debt, the 50% devaluation of the dollar against the EU and China, inflation

specifically in the price of oil and in general, and 5% slump in the stock exchange. On the other hand unemployment has declined

to 4.9%.  If the military and social security co-operate the budget will be balanced by 2008 and the US can begin to make progress

paying off their debt for the first time in their history.

Military Department HA-29-5-06

The primary purpose of this Chapter is to rename the US Department of Defense (DoD) the Military Department (MD). The

Military budget is estimated at $512.9 billion for FY 2007 - a 7 percent increase over 2006 and 48 percent increase over 2001. The

baseline budget of $441.2 billion is set forth in FY 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 5122). A plan to eliminate Cold

War weapons surpluses is projected to eliminate $60 billion in maintenance costs. The United States would be more secure with less

than 30% rather than more than 60% of global aggregate military expenditure estimated at $1 trillion.

Cancellation of the Divine Strake Test HA-17-5-06

The “Divine Strake” war contract must be terminated. A lawsuit filed by the Western Shoshone Indian Tribe and the UN Committee

on the Elimination of all Forma of Racial Discrimination is concerned that the explosion would continue the degradation to the public

health caused by nuclear tests. At this time is would be fair to appropriate the entire $23 million cost of the cancelled Divine Strake

program paving the way for further proceedings regarding whether the National Security Technologies, LLC merits the $500 million

annually from the NNSA, after this treason.

Armed Forces Retirement Home HA-11-5-06

The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) houses an estimated 1,600 veterans at the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home in

Washington, D.C and the U.S. Naval Home (USNH) in Gulfport, Miss. This Chapter 10 has been amended to complete the

transfer of previously omitted, statute from Chapter 1 Navy Hospitals, Naval Home, Army and other Naval Hospital, and

Hospital Relief for Seamen and Others §1-40 that were revealed by Congress for the 105th National Convention of Veterans

of Foreign Wars August 14-20 2004. Political organization and the case of Afghanistan & Iraq v. USA are explained.

Public Health Department HA-7-4-06

There are an estimated 6.6 billion people living in the world with an average life expectancy of 67.73 years and our purpose is

to achieve the highest standards of health and the provision of health protection for the entire population, if possible free of charge.

Mortality remains the consequence of life. The best counsel for a long and healthy life is to eat a nutritious diet, exercise regularly

and get a regular check up by a physician. Immunizations are given to children and international travelers.

Review of the World Health Report 2006: Working Together for Health HA-14-4-06

Lays out a ten-year action plan in which countries can build their health workforces, with the support of global partners. WHO

estimates there to be a total of 59.2 million full-time paid health workers worldwide. The report reveals an estimated shortage of

almost 4.3 million doctors, midwives, nurses and support workers worldwide. The shortage is most severe in the poorest countries,

especially in sub-Saharan Africa, where health workers are most needed and the life expectancy has actually reversed in the past two

decades. Millennium Project assumed salaries would need to double increasing the cost by US$ 53 billion in the 57 countries.

Obituary of Lee Jong-wook HA-22-5-06

World Health Organization Director-General Lee Jong-wook died in Geneva on Monday May 22, 2006 at 7:43 pm after undergoing

emergency surgery for a blood clot, subdural hematoma, in his brain. Lee, a native of South Korea, was 61 and received a medical

doctor's degree from SNU and a master's degree in public health from the University of Hawaii. He worked for 19 years at the agency

before becoming elected as the head of the U.N.'s health agency in May 2003. His term was to last five years. Lee became ill on

Saturday before the annual World Health Assembly meeting 22-27 May.

World Water Day HA-22-3-06

In 1992, the UN General Assembly designated March 22 as “World Water Day” after the United Nations Conference on

Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro to draw international attention to the critical lack of clean, safe drinking

water worldwide. Eighty percent of our bodies are formed of water, and two thirds of the planet's surface is covered by water: water

is our culture, our life. Nearly 1.1 billion people (roughly 20% of the world’s population) lack access to clean safe drinking water.

The lack of clean, safe drinking water is estimated to kill almost 4,500 children per day. In fact, out of the 2.2 million unsafe drinking

water deaths in 2004, 90% were children under the age of five.

$1 Meteors HA-24-4-06

A Invitation to the Fourth Plenary Perseid Party establishes a Permanent Meteor Observer Mission to the United Nations. The

Perseid Meteors are famous for brightening the night sky from July 23 to August 20 with the maximum on August 10-13 when

sleeping outside is pleasant in the northern hemisphere. There will however be a full moon on 9 August 2006 and elections are

likely to be contentious with the 100+ meteors per hour of the Leonids 14 Nov.- 21 Nov., 120 of the Geminids 7 Dec. – 17 Dec.

and the 120 of the Quadrantids 1 Jan. – 5 Jan. The International Astronomy Meetings List promotes a number of astronomy

conferences expected to impact upon meteor astronomy.

Animal Rights Treaty HA-6-6-6

At the present time, animals do not possess legal rights as that term is used in the context of human rights. There is no animal

rights treaty. The United Nations must clearly come to respect animal rights, as the United States and many nations have.

Conscious that the harm suffered by animals for the economic benefit of humans constitutes Genocide. Resolve to establish a

treaty body with the United Nations to unite and settle disputes between the many governmental and non-governmental animal

rights organizations.

UN Chronicle: Human Rights Council HA-30-3-06

0n 15 March 2006, the United Nations 60th General Assembly passed a historic resolution approving the creation of the new UN

Human Rights Council. The Council will serve as the main United Nations forum for dialogue and cooperation on human rights.

The Council will also make recommendations to the General Assembly for further development of international law in the field of

human rights. The first election of members is expected to take place on 9 May 2006, and first meeting on 19 June 2006.

$750 million Draft Constitution for the Republic of Somalia HA-8-6-06

The Islamic Courts Union controls the Somali capital and surrounding areas after defeating the secular warlord alliance in weeks of

battles that killed at least 330 people - many of them civilians caught in the crossfire. For a lasting peace a Constitutional Committee

should be established under the Draft Constitution for the Republic of Somalia of 20 February 1995.  Being too poor to beg Somalia

has been shortchanged the $750 million of humanitarian assistance due and normally receiving only $60 million.

Emiliano Gonzalez, Director of Citizenship and Immigration v. Alberto Gonzalez, Attorney General HA-11-4-06

Amendments and Repeals are introduced to the Senate Judiciary Committee for the incorporation of the Committee on Migrant

Workers, and for the US President to appoint the legitimate government of US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) as

a full Cabinet level office with expanded legal and administrative staff proportionate to the enhancement of enforcement personnel

and to repeal Title III of the Act pursuant to Blakely v. Washington of June 24, 2004 so as to naturalize the poor and deport

criminally convictedaliens while reducing the number of US detention beds and increasing the productivity of the work force.

Butler County v. Hamilton County (Ohio) HA-19-4-06

Action brought before the Commission on Continuing Legal Education to resolve a Hamilton-Butler County slavery crisis by giving

freedom to petty offenders and innocent people who are duly processed by an impartial tribunal constituted for this occasion by

"Ohio Tax Freedom Day" on April 25^th. Hamilton County has demonstrated that they desperately require legal assistance to

establish a community based corrections program before engaging in any policing action.

Gov. Ernie Fletcher v. Attorney General Greg Stumbo (Kentucky) HA-15-5-06

Motion for a Civil Proceeding for Compensation for Wrongful Termination of Employment introduced to the Kentucky Bar

Association for the change of venue of the case against Gov. Ernie Fletcher from criminal to civil. The Executive Branch Ethics

Commission has squarely held that participating in proceedings involving political opponents is a conflict-of-interest. Consequently,

in the interest of ensuring the impartial administration of justice, the court must also disqualify the Office of the Attorney General.

Jeffrey Steele v. Hamilton County Community Board of Mental Health HA-31-5-06

A court’s determination that a person is mentally ill and subject to involuntary commitment in a hospital is not equivalent to a finding

that the person is incompetent. In fact, a person’s involuntary commitment to a hospital due to a mental illness does not even raise a

presumption that the patient is incompetent, patients, retain all civil rights. The rights retained include, among others, the right to

contract, hold a professional license, marry, obtain a divorce, make a will, and vote. Persons suffering from a mental illness have a

“significant liberty interest” in avoiding the unwanted administration of antipsychotic drugs.

Nannette Rose v. Social Security Administration HA-9-6-06

Ms. Rose suffered a nearly fatal ruptured colon and has subsequently broken her arm. Ms. Rose, who had been working 60 hours a

week as a waitress at a local diner, was informed by the hospital that she would die in half an hour if she did not get surgery after her

colon ruptured. Ms. Rose has completely quit working at her job as a waitress and cannot drive her car. Ms. Rose petitions for Social
