Land and Water
HA-4-4-26
Earth has a total surface area of 510,072,000 km²,
361,899,999 km2 of water, and 148,940,000 km2 of land
according to the CIA World Factbook, slightly more than the 509,600,000 km²
total, 361,740, 000 km2 of water, and 148,326,000 km2 of
land reported by Nations Online Project. Antarctica is about 14.2 million km2
total, 13,915,000 km2 under ice, and 285,000 on land. Total global
land area added up using CIA data yields a slightly lower total of 131,994,143
km², plus 13,915,000 km2 under ice in Antarctica and 1,710,000 km2
under ice in Greenland, minus 6,000 Palestine km2 for a grand
total of 147,613,143 km2.
There are 196 nations,
including Taiwan, with a majority for Kosovo and to repeal Annex (l)
obstructing Palestine’s Admission of new Members to the United Nations A/ES-10/L.30/Rev.1 and about 55 island dependencies.
On February 4, 2026, the CIA unexpectedly discontinued The World Factbook without providing an official reason. CIA director John Ratcliffe claimed to "end programs that don't advance the agency's core missions" and made pages inaccessible on the Wayback machine. Removal of the record disqualifies Mr. Ratcliffe to hold the federal office he discontinued 18USC§2071 assassinating the Ayatollah within a month 18USC§1116. Removal of the CIA World Factbook severely jeopardizes confidence in the ability of the Office of the Federal Register and National Archive and Record Administration (NARA) and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to protect the public record against concealment, removal and mutilation generally in contempt of the International Court of Justice under 18USC§2071.
NARA is responsible for publishing the CIA World Factbook for simple update by any reputable government statistical agency, ie. US Census. Mr. Ratliffe may sentenced to up to three years in prison. +/-$20 billion CIA finance from the Air Force and any other source may be finally abolished, leaving only the final updateable copy of the CIA World Factbook for posterity. This is an excellent time for the Assembly to vote the US has no vote pursuant to collection of $72 billion arrears for UN system agencies and USAID cancellation by the UN, pursuant to the resolution of Art. 19 of the UN Charter and Sec. 1 of the An Act To change the name of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to United States Customs (USC), Court of International Trade of the United States (COITUS) to Customs Court (CC), and amend Title 22 of the United States Code Foreign Relations and Intercourse (a-FRaI-d) to Foreign Relations (FR-ee) HA-2-2-26 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
CIA World
Factbook has been published since 1962, available to the public since 1971,
digitally since 1997. The Factbook was the core the mission of the agency and
was updated weekly before the end. CIA World Factbook land and water area estimates by country were new.
CIA statistics, land and water area in particular, are not necessarily
consistent with official cartographical estimates, but they were at least an
approximate. United Nations Statistical Division 2016. Total Surface Area as of
19 January 2007 and World Bank Population density (people
per sq. km of land area) 2021 are overruled. UNESCO has set out to protect 30
percent of land and water by 2030 and comprehensive national water area
statistics regarding exclusive economic zones under the Law of the Sea are
scientific progress. It is proposed UN Statistics commemorate the CIA World
Factbook with a UN Assembly vote for the national Missions to agree with or
dispute the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) World Factbook land and water
area.
