Perseid Observations Determining a Peak on the 12th HA-18-8-05

 

The latest observations received by the North American Meteor Network for the month of July and August have been added to our web site. The current totals include 27 observers reporting over 165 hours of observations. Without any recounts by other observers 2005 August 12 is winner of the Perseid shower.  Only the Leonids are likely to present any competition. The Perseid count up to this point is 2,434.
