Hospitals & Asylums
May 2013
By Anthony J. Sanders
Plans to move into the rat house have been
delayed due to the germs. It's just as
well, after taking medicinal throat coat tea, the strep throat, resurgent from
the cold front rainstorm that precipitated the Oklahoma City tornados, went to
my hip causing a crippling infection.
Wealthy doctors have not implicated rat and mice in their diagnosis of sarcoidosis a scabby, hemorrhagic, sunlight sensitive,
rheumatic, pulmonary disease that afflicts ghetto dwelling blacks far more
frequently than whites. Having just
slept in, without a light, and helped to electrify and patch, a rat infested
barn, I can attest to the interspecies rat poison, of most likely aspergillus mold, maliciously transmitted in the bodily
secretions of invasive rodents, sickened by the inhalation and ingestion of
human foot fungus. The systemic disease
caused the peculiar scabs and weeping bloody, flesh colored, basal cell
carcinomas, on both my face and the cat's, who although a stellar mouser, benefits
greatly from human rats. Previous experience
with field mice causes me to believe that the symptoms of sarcoidosis
are caused by rodent infestation. It appears the public was able to pay the $1
billion price tag of the tornado against the protests of the President that he
is "a figurehead on this one", about $70
billion of the $75 billion price tag of Hurricane Sandy remains outstanding to
the best knowledge of the Atlantic beach going public. Will I find the peace in recovery from
crippling illness to brave the crazed suburban wilderness, shall I be accepted
into the community as I have asked or shall I retreat farther from wifi into the mountains and put my new $45 friend of the
college library membership to good use?
The Hawthorn flower harvest is going well and I have more than a pound of
two different separately bagged species, both identified as Cratageas douglasii. The trimmed Hawthorn tea hedge in front of
the Chinese restaurant maximizes yield, theoretically paying minimum wage in
three years from planting, that could be increased in scale, by the acre, in
decorative labyrinthine designs, or long hedgerows following creeks and roads,
to meet market demand for $3.50 an ounce bagged and boxed organic medicinal tea
labeled, "Hawthorn, the supreme herb for the heart". The harvest won't be done until first frost
when the berries are ripe and the leaves are at maximum potency. The flowers are dry or drying and are
delicious as an infusion. There are
several more pounds of flowers to be harvested in town. I hope to harvest a bushel of flowers, leave
and berries this year, transplant seedlings from the wild as hedges and save
hundreds of berries from the high quality horticultural Hawthorne hedges, for
seeds that are planted in spring, ideally in pots, and sprout the next spring. A physician says there are hundreds of
Hawthorn species locally, some producing very large berries. Rose family, Rosacea, species are not-toxic to humans, and although they have
thorns to prevent deer and large animals from eating entire branches, they seem
to appreciates pruning, pollination and dissemination by animal species.
CHANGE 19th Draft HA-31-5-13
The 18th draft was rewritten as the 14th draft
by criminals from the 17th draft.
In the 19th draft: Article 56 is amended from National Health
Insurance to Medicaid, explaining,
The Centers for Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP (CMS) shall change their name to
Medicare. Medicare and the other
mandatory benefit programs shall be transferred to the supervision of the
Social Security Administration (SSA) to demonstrate how marginal health
expenditure really is and limit inflation in health care costs to less than 3%
across the board. CMS infringes upon the
Conference on the Metric System of 1875, may have incited the 9-11 suicide
attacks in 2001 and it is a breach of confidentiality for personally identifying
records to distort the reasonable costs of the Public Health Service
(PHS). After extensive research
instantaneous legislative expansion of state Medicaid program missions to
include universal national health insurance is the way to quality health care HA-28-4-08". Article 59 has been amended from Customs to
Court to Customs and a second paragraph has been added that states, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was
created in the aftermath of the 9-11 suicide attacks in 2002. The name of the Immigration and
Naturalization (INS) was changed to Citizen and Immigration Service (CIS). In 2010 the DHS headquarters were committed
to the building and grounds of St. Elizabeth's Hospital, concluding the closure
of the psychiatric hospital begun under the District of Columbia Mental Health
System Act of 1988. However, sheriff led
right wing political forces, known as the Birther
movement, whose juries were so audacious as to nullify the President''s
birth certificate. license and passport issuing
agencies no longer respect naturalization, or the naturalization papers that
can be procured from CIS, to demand bribes, rendering moot pathway to
citizenship legislation. After extended
stay DHS is prohibited as right wing propaganda and renamed U.S. Custom as
directed by Customs House Act, St. Elizabeth (CHASTE). Civilian identification issuing agencies;
State, SSA and Transportation, shall not discriminate against Naturalization. To Art. 67 Halfway House has been appended, It has been found by several states that the
completion of a college degree is 100% effective at reducing recidivism that
otherwise runs at a disappointing rate of 60% re-incarceration within 3
years. Cheap and free vocational
certification programs also seem to be 100% effective, but this has not been
verified in the literature. To graduates
computer ownership and literacy might mean the difference between complete
freedom and occasional tickets and nights in jail.
Spring
Cleaning HA-13-5-13
Salute to the armed forces. A post-conviction college degree has been
reported to be nearly 100% effective at eliminating that most disappointing of
all offenses, recidivism, which otherwise leads to the re-imprisonment of
around 60% of offenders within three years.
Cheap and free vocational programs with viable career opportunities,
such wild firefighting, seem to be equally effective. At last glance, we'll see if "Crazy/Slash"
is satisfied with his right to my $666 sundry, and waters the kale and potato,
and plants the tobacco seeds with red clover as green manure. Too bad they couldn't accept the rain check
on the kale, two trash bags and bottle of biodegradable soap as fair wage for
the spring cleaning. The Ampicillin might help with the meningitis.
Book 1 Military Diplomacy (MD)
To
transfer Chapter One Navy Hospitals, Naval Home, Army and other Naval Hospital,
and Hospital Relief for Seamen and Others §1-40 to Chapter 10 Armed Forces Retirement
Home §400-435 and write a new Book. This
Chapter shall change the name of the Department of Defense (DoD) to the Military Department (MD). The US Military employs an estimated 2.8
million US citizens including 600,000 civilian employees. Since its foundation the US military has
suffered nearly 1.3 million casualties in 13 wars. There are reported to be 26.4 million US
veterans. The U.S. is on track to reduce
their arsenal from 10,000 warheads, to no more than 1,700 to 2,200 nuclear
warheads by 2012. Eliminating various
Cold War weapons systems can save $50 billion from maintenance, redeployment
from Iraq and Afghanistan can save another $50 billion. Surplus military bases and assets shall be
sold and surplus funds returned to the Treasury. Military spending must be limited to $500
billion annually. Military commanders
must prohibit the use of force, environmental
modification and biological experimentation.
Compensation must be paid by the State for casualty, injury and property
damage to civilians caused by military actions.
For lower cost humanitarian missions the US shall veto Chapter VII of
the UN Charter and promote humanitarian missions that pay payroll and corporate
taxes, less social insurance and deductibles, to the general treasury of any
occupied developing nation. Democratic
peace theory holds that liberal democracies tend to be more peaceful than
authoritarian or totalitarian states.
Civilians are customarily compensated for injury, casualty and damage
caused by state military action; Quiz…56
