First, let me welcome Rep. Henry Waxman and Sen. Jeff Bingaman to the list of newsletter providers.  Rep. Waman is the Chairman of the Government Reform Committee and his reports include the testimony of the Committee that is very insightful into the working of Congress, the most recent issue included an in depth analysis of the prescription drug program.  Sen. Bingaman  is the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, his newsletter is new and the first issue was quite informative in regards to the 100 hour agenda, with links to the minimum wage bill is now counseling for funds to come from renovation funds and lobbying accountability that now requires quarterly reports.  I remain unsure as to whether or not to write them.

This year February was freedom month as it pertains to mental health law.  This seems more appropriate than mad May that has been infiltrated with soldiers.  Jail January needs a follow up, they usually beg for drugs, but mental health has been far more successful in deinstitutionalizing so we will soothe the souls of the barbarians with mental health in February.  Psychiatry however turns out to be the leading source of brainwashing in the federal government that leads to the corruption in international affairs that must be remedied to win the war against terrorism, the needed reforms are,

a. We must remove Homeland Security from the jurisdiction of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health..

b. We must rename the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to the Public Health Department (PHD). 

c. We must rename the Department of Defense (DoD) to the Military Department (MD). 

d. We must transfer authority for the DEA and the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) to the Secretary of HHS, today. 

e. We must let freedom ring by amending the name of Title 22 Foreign Relations and Intercourse (a-FRaI-d) to Foreign Relations (FR-ee). 

f. We must rename the Court of International Trade US (COITUS) to either,

i.               the United States International Tribunal (USIT) or;

ii.              United States International Court (USIC-k). 

g. To conquer the War on Terrorism we must divide the USAID Bureau for Asia and Near East (ANE) into two Bureaus,

i.               the Bureau for the Middle East and Central Asia (MECA) including North Africa,

ii.              the Bureau for South East Asia (SEA). 

h. For a lasting world peace banish the Generals and Prosecutor from the Secretaries, Directors and Attorney of the United Nations (UN).

i. Rename the services in Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to support.

Zyprexa Products Liability Litigation HA-12-2-07

Art. I Sec. 8 Clause 3 of the US Constitution grants to the US Congress the power to regulate Commerce with Foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.  Clause 8 of the same section promotes the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writing and Discoveries.  The new Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities bans discrimination and abuse of people with disabilities.  This case has been written to secure Congressional hearings regarding the improved regulation of the anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa (olanzapine) whose warning label cautions against the consumption of alcohol but covers up the potentially lethal side effect of diabetes.  This case began after Psych Rights founding attorney Jim Gottstein, leaked files to New Times journalist Alex Berenson resulting in more than a month of coverage of Zyprexa.  The cause of action is that District Court for Eastern New York seized 11 million pages of information on wrongful deaths and disabilities caused by Zyprexa at the behest of Lilly.  The parties to the proceeding seem forced to play the roles they know so well - the pillaged plaintiff and secretive corporation that does now concede to settle. The point at bar is that the Zyprexa drug has toxic, even lethal side effects when mixed with alcohol and the danger to society is aggravated by this ultra vires, unauthorized practice of law.

The case summarizes the “The Constitution in Crisis: The Downing Street Minutes and Deception, Manipulation, Torture, Retributions and Cover-ups in the Iraq War.”  by the House Judiciary Committee and was reviewed for President’s Day on the 19th to secure his impeachment while concluding revisions of the Lobbying Activity Disclosure (LAD) that debunk his $2.9 trillion budget proposal.  there is substantial evidence the President, the Vice-President and other high ranking members of the Bush Administration misled Congress and the American people regarding the decision to go to war in Iraq; misstated and manipulated intelligence information regarding the justification for such war; countenanced torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment in Iraq; permitted inappropriate retaliation against critics of their Administration, (retained convicted felons and punished the merit worthy) in support of this report Ranking Member Conyers introduced three House Resolutions concerning the serious allegations contained in this Report.

This third draft of SMILE has been done in the shortest month of the year for speedy recovery from mental illness.  WHO estimated that mental illness and psychological disorders stemming from substance abuse affect a combined total of 450 million people, 7.3%, of the 6,137,000,000 global populations in 2001.  The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) reported that 21.1%, 44.3 million, of the 272,690,813 US population suffered from diagnosable mental disorders in 2003.  The rights and freedoms assure all persons have the right to the best available mental health care, which shall be part of the health and social care system and be free of charge to the otherwise uninsured. The rules are 1. for hospitals to privatize into community shelters, 2. for advocates to litigate patents and licenses for consumers, 3. for County Mental Health Boards to tear down the legal barrier to community mental health shelters and usurp the Tribunal, 4. for the election of the slavery free Justice of the Peace and 5. for legislatures to abolish all forms of slavery, brainwashing, spying, bio-terrorism, drug enforcement and unauthorized practice of law.

 

Economic Report regarding the Shanghai of the DJIA HA-28-2-07

 

Yesterday, on Tuesday the 27th, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) suffered a 9%, 416-point plunge, the most dismal trading since 9/11, almost as low as 14 April 2000 when the Dow closed 617 points down.  The most obvious cause for this slump is the malfunctioning of its computer system.  The Shanghai Composite Index dropped 8.8 percent to close at 2.771.79, its largest decline since it fell 8.9 percent on Feb. 18, 1997, at the time of the death of Communist Party elder Deng Xiaoping.  Key European exchanges also fell about 3 percent on Tuesday.  The lead suspect of this fraud is Homeland Security as it needs to be repealed from the jurisdiction of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health as requested in the SMILE of last night.  Homeland Security infringed upon the stock exchange in barbaric interpretation of my intercepted research with the previous Secretary.  This essay goes on to review the debate of the Federal Reserve and the BEA reports of the last month to ridicule the Bomb Droppers rather than the Baby Boomers and Mitigate the Gross Domestic Pillaging.  In conclusion it reviews risk management procedures and begs the federal government to purchase the balanced budget and economic projections in the HA LAD for credit in saving the annual revision of the Balanced Official Development Atlas of the States of the United Nations of March.
