Hospitals & Asylums
August 2012
By Anthony J. Sanders
I saw nearly 50
meteors overnight in a river valley after the party on the mountain top was
cancelled. The International Meteor
Organization (IMO) reports that the Perseid meteor
shower peaked on the night of August 11/12, with a maximum of 130 meteors per
hour around midnight, in the northern hemisphere, it was the most since 210 Geminids fell per hour on December 14/15. Taking into consideration what an utter
failure the European Union (EU) has turned out to be, in every subject but
organic animal husbandry, after failing to ratify the Draft Treaty Establishing
a Constitution of Europe, I do hereby change the title of my work from Draft
Treaty Establishing a Korean Union to Draft
Treaty Establishing a Constitution of Korea HA-17-6-05. The World Intellectual Property Organization
(WIPO) intervened under Security Council technical assistance sanctions and the
fledgling UN Mission to Rogue Valley had to be recused, to solicit for
translation into Korean under the Berne Convention. Not having run to the top of Mt. Ashland and
back during WIPO’s four day writer’s block, nor having dispelled every
agricultural pathology in August I hope to have my treatise on organic farming done
in September, before it snows on the mountain top, to (1) modify crop insurance
premiums so that, naturally flood and drought resistant, organic crops cost 5
percent less and chemical treated crops 5 percent more, (2) require labeling
for Genetically Modified (GM) and recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH) foods, and (3) provide certified organic farmers with
EBT food card access devices to receive state payments directly from low income
beneficiaries. I hope you enjoy the new 10 question quizzes. The August 11, 2012
edition of HA statute codifies a balanced federal budget for the history books.
Federal Budget Balanced to Prevent Debt from
Exceeding 100% of GDP FY 2012 HA-13-7-12
Agency budgets are stabilized and
mathematical errors corrected to prevent the federal debt from exceeding 100%
of GDP FY 2012. In FY 2012 HUD folds TARP and
returns >$325 billion to the General Fund in FY 2012 reducing the deficit to
-$412 billion, 2.6% of GDP, which would reduce the debt as a percentage of GDP
to 97.3%, in FY 2013 the
deficit would go down to -$407 billion, 2.5% of GDP, and the debt would go down to 95.4% of
GDP, and this would be sustainable and improvable by such means as selling Medicaid
premiums on a sliding scale to all wage earners. Whereas most of the deficit is accounting
error, bond sales are low and over-spenders are warned of spending limits, the
deficit may be corrected retroactively after the Democratic-Republican (DR) two
party systems have been dissolved. Carpe diem.
